This is the 2nd time to use Apucenter. I purchased my APU from Dale's APU - big mistake - never going there again. Both times Apucenter has gone out of their way to fix the problem. Very satisfied with the quality of work and price.

I hope this comment helps other people. I arrived very early, I was there for 4 hours, Mr. Kerry helped me. very good treatment and knowledge of what they were doing. I recommend the place 100%, I just didn't really like the price per hour of work but I understand that it is in the quality service and that I guarantee that they will leave with their units working. Shout out to Kerry, Tim and Micah!!!These guys do great work. Got me right in. Got my old APUnit and AC/Heater HVAC in my sleeper running after many months sitting unused. Fixed injectors, injector heads, glow pins, generator belt, motherboard, tubing, PM service and much more, for a very fair price. In at 8am and out by 2pm. I highly recommend this place, even if you have to go out of your way to get there, it's WORTH IT! Now, I dont have to idle my engine all night and put hundreds of hours on my Cummins engine to stay warm or cool all over the country.Super knowledgeable, nice guys and great service! I'll be back for all my APU needs. Thanks guys!! <3

Tim gave me great service at apu center kept me up to date on what the progress was at all times was very informative on the process as well. First time here and was very comfortable and my business felt appreciated. I will definitely go back if needed to and I would definitely ask for Tim to be the tech on my repair or service if possible. Shout out to Tim thanks again

11/302023 came with code (ALT) on my apu and my bunk heater not working, right of way tim help me to drop trailer and direct me to bay 4 to work on my unit . Bunk heater was block with some kind of resins tim got it clean and put a new filter in and is working perfectly. Also they reemplace the alternador very professional and kept me updated truck the process . About 3 hrs, im very happy with Micah ,tim and the 1st guy that answer the phone , i want to say he's name kaden and Hanna.

Poor customer service wouldn’t advice anyone to do business with them till they replace or change her (what a rude lady ever meet) the front entrance business door was lock there is a ring bell camera on the right edge of the door to me I understood as it was meant for someone to ring whenever someone is entering and here she is opening the door for me she started yelling at me that I should open the door and not ring or knock the door I gently reply but the door is locked and replied not it’s not and how can I help you then I told her the business I was in for (APU units) she commanded me to sit and wait next to a dog couch with dog sitting on it . From that point my mood changed and I decided not to buy anything from them and walked outWhat a world are we into???? When someone you pay his or wages demeans you like thisHell with you business and I feel sorry for whoever you’re making business with

Great place to go to get your APU worked on, everyone was a pleasure to deal with from the lady at the front desk to all the shop guys. Micah, I think was his name, got my apu heater back going for me in a reasonable amount of time and for a reasonable price. Will definitely be back here the next time I need my apu repaired
