FedEx delivery person has delivered several times my packages to a house (address is not on my street) back patio. FedEx customer support has been called at least three times by myself and the house being delivered to. No resolution. Very disappointing service and it hurt me when I fell getting my packages at back patio.

Fed Ex out of Stratford cannot delivery my packages in my rural area. A frozen food shipment has spoiled because of it.
