Did very good job once they got there. After they quoted me the job and I paid them half down the communication from them on when the install would happen was awful. They changed the install date once, and had to reschedule twice the day of install. I do appreciate the good job they did do though.

Another exceptional experience with Garage Door Guy!We replaced the garage doors at our primary residence in November, 2023. Derek helped us design and choose doors that improve both the curb appeal and energy efficiency of our home. Justin and Brandon were the installers--they were friendly and professional, and they got our job done very quickly. Good experience. Arrived on time to replace the door seals.Gave a complete estimate of my three doors. Found some real problems I wasn't aware of. All fixed in short order. Very professional. A few months later, needed a door spring tensioned. Just took a minute. Great service.

Fast, courteous, comprehensive, and knowledgeable! Gage did an excellent job, and was very thorough, even though it is bitter cold outside! He replaced a broken spring and frayed cable, reprogrammed my door openers, and even changed the battery in my panel for me, all in less than 90 minutes. I definitely will recommend to friends and neighbors!
