I don't recommend Pomp's to anyone. Took my work van in for an alignment today and was told that they have no idea whats wrong and that they couldn't work on it even if he knew. I was told one price over the phone and it was 100$ higher with no explanation. So all in all I got a 350.00 refferal to another mechanic. I am sick of companies not being honest and upfront. Should have told me upfront that they wouldn't be able to repair it!

Had a blowout on a loaded trailer on I44 during rush hour. They came and replaced 2 tires within an hour and got me back on the road. Their communication was excellent and the technician was exceptionally accommodating for having to do such hazardous service.

I had a flat that, on my fifth wheel camper, that required them to come to me. They were there within 90 minutes. The tech found that I had a cracked wheel....I swear he was more disappointed than I was.
They offered solutions and help me understand my options for getting back on the road.
This bunch went over and above what any other service has done for me in the past!
I give them my highest reccomendation! 👍🤠

Walked in to get new tires and there was employees waving around a firearm behind the desk in an extremely unsafe manner. I walked out because of the extreme amount of unprofessionalism. It blows my mind that employees of a TIRE shop would even have a firearm and waving it around on top of that.

This morning I left love’s truck stop in strafford, Mo in frustration after waiting for many hours for tire repair which needed patching and both the night shift and day shift mechanics told me they can’t patch it because according their policy they not allowed too since it’s too deep and wanted to charge me over $450 dollars for a recapped tire which i declined and came to Pomp’s Tire Service; I’m so glad I did, I was told to pull in bay right and to my surprise from the time I arrived to the time the mechanic called to pay for patching total of $66.00 dollars and that my truck was ready to go in less than 30 minutes and I was I was able to arrive for my pick super early. I really appreciate their professionalism and commitment to helping me at this difficult time by helping me save hundreds of dollars and I recommend specifically owners operators to this and you won’t regret it. Much thanks ?

These guys are the best. I had a blow out on the bus I was borrowing to go take my cdl test to get my air brake restriction removed. The testing appointment was the only time available on the last day I had left in order to be able to start my new job. I was referred to these guys and they were able to get me in ASAP, and I think their techs could work a NASCAR pit crew. They had me in and out within 15 minutes and I made it to the testing facility in time to take and pass my test. They were an answered prayer and I would recommend them to anyone who needs fast, quality service.
