I didn't realize this store was an affiliate and not an actual ATT store. I was lied to regarding the cost of upgrading my data level and also was not told about a discounted data service level given my age. I got a surprise amount of $100 added to my ATT monthly bill which I can't undo and the 800 # wouldn't fix anything for me until there actually was a bill (not just an estimate). The 800# told me about the discount 55+ and also gave me a small one month credit which helped some. If you're more senior, watch out for these folks.

Thank you to the gentlemen at the Sullivan MO ATT store for helping me resolve longstanding issues with my bill. Ryan, Zack, Alex, and Brandon were so helpful on each visit and worked together to get me the services I needed and get rid of the services I didn't use.

They will try a add a new line without you knowing and then after 6 weeks you are stuck with the new line. Go to an actual att store not an affiliate

I came in here today to pickup a device I had ordered last night and already paid all the upfront costs and everything for the device to get started now when I went in to pick it up cause I wanted it sooner than getting it shipped and was told I didn’t pay the up front costs when I know I did I even showed the rep the receipt and the thing showing the money was taken from my account and I wasn’t helped in anyway to find a solution to this problem I was basically told to pay more money or I couldn’t have it which is ridiculous the men in this store were very unhelpful and I drove over 40 minutes just for a canceled order. This is why I only do business with phone companies online cause they always try to get you for more money in the store
In conclusion if you come to this store expect little to no help or solutions to the problem at hand

Best AT&T store I’ve been too! Brandon gave us excellent and quick service. He helped us resolve issues we’d been having for years. 10/10 would recommend this store and Brandon personally!

My husband and I went into Sullivan At&T today.. the young man who was working.Helped us with a smile. My phone had locked up. He got it fixed. My husband made the statement that he wish AT&T had internet out by our house. While Ryan/ Bryan was helping us. Another young man looked up about the internet. They showed us another way to get cheaper internet. I told my husband. We will be going back to this store. The young men treated us like family not customers. They was amazing, friendly and polite.. that is very rare in our country

My family and I were switching services and the staff worked especially hard to get everything lined out. Our situation was very time involved, and our tech Trinity was patient and went through every aspect with us. Everyone worked together to get our lines activated and made sure our switch was as smooth as they could make it. (* some things were out of their control, as in the previous carrier not wanting to be helpful) Thank you to all.

I visited the AT&t store in Sullivan Missouri on February 28th 2025 and was greeted by an extremely friendly and helpful staff. The young man that assisted me was just a wonderful person. My only regret is that I don't know his name I forgot to ask but to say the least I'm very grateful for the help that I received.
