While on the Meramec River my wife's phone broke and the town of Sullivan, Missouri was about 20 minutes away. The Staff was very helpful and very knowledgeable and my wife got hooked up with a new phone in a very short time. The Staff was able get all of her data recovered from the old phone which included all of the applications and Bluetooth settings.Mucho thanks to the staff at Sullivan AT&T.

Joe was super helpful i got my new phone and traded in my old phone.i dont think the whole process took longer than 30 min. Originally I tried to set an appointment time to come in but a different gentleman called me and told me they didn't have the phone I wanted in-stock and had to order it but looked online and they had four in-stock so I assume he just wanted commission for the sale.

I went to the store last night (8/10/2023) and got to the store at about 7:45 to get a new phone and some guy working said we would have to come back because they were getting ready to close at 8:00. I was told it would take to long, so I guess I was a problem to them. So if you have your hours until 8:00 why couldn’t you sell me a new phone at 7:45? Maybe you need to change your hours to what is convenient for you! And don’t bother telling me you will pass this on to the management because I know that’s just optics trying to make people think you care. I will use another store from now on.

I'm not sure why ATT stores exist. The times I have been at any att they don't have what I want. Went for a phone, I was told you have to order that on line. I went to get something else and was told to order it on line. Now I went to check out cell phone boosters, don't have none. I was only told about one, I had to tell them they have 2 different ones. No information, no help. They will take the money and order one.

A new phone was sent months ago to wrong address..and we just received it..tried to use it and at&t put it on black list..so we had to go by new phone..checking into different service for our cells. Not happy....was not Joe's fault..he tried to help

I went to AT&T in Rolla thinking I was gonna have to get a new phone but I was fortunate enough to get Jeni to help me,After explaining the problem I was having with my phone she knew what to try to fix it and it worked great and is still working great. She is very professional and knowledgeable about what she does at AT&T and a great personalityThank you Jeni

Haven’t ever had an issue with the store, I usually go to Joe or Kenny. They are the two who always have the best attitude and seem to want to help me when I have questions. Always trying to make my trip to the AT&T store less stressful than it can be.
