The Sullivan Missouri location is absolutely amazing because of her service. Rap Kayla is absolutely very professional, very helpful. Funny made it all about our problems. I will drive the extra 45 minutes away to go To this store then the one that's two minutes from my house

Omg I was so panicked when coming in. I was without a phone all night with a little baby, and she was so patient and understanding and I thank her very much for all her kindness, when I was upset.

When my husband and I went to the Sullivan, MO store they had a deal for the disabled and unfortunate. If you are on Medicaid or SNAP you get a huge discount. To us a phone is a phone. I didn't have the phone a week and it started acting up. The sales person working said there was nothing she could do. She didn't know anything about that phone. Cricket Ovation. The sales person said the only thing she knew to do was reset/start over but I would lose everything thing I had on my phone including photos and documents. If I didn't want to do that I would have to mail it back to the manufacturer at my expense and have them diagnose or fix it. That's when the bucks start adding up. We are both on Medicaid and Medicare. We can barely afford what we have to pay now. Adding a few hundred dollars to our budget.I just can't see it for a phone that isn't worth what it would cost to send it back to the company to be looked at. If you were us what would you do? I'm interested in anyone who can help, and that store isn't the answer. Our sales person was named Paige. She tried her best and was nothing but nice and helpful to her ability.Sherry K

Phones and plans are really cheap. Don’t let that fool you though because they have super high quality service and phones. I have not had a problem with their service and I have had my service for five years.

Cricket wireless is located on Park Ridge Road in a strip mall behind Applebee's, before you get to the Aldi's parking lot. Covid protocol: Masks are not required. I have not observed anyone cleaning the counter between customers but I was only in the store a very short time. About a year ago we were looking into a new cell phone provider. There were big holes in cell phone service and reception with the provider we had and we were also looking to upgrade our phones. We did some online research and ended up at cricket wireless after several friends had told has how good their service is and how affordable their plans and phones are. At the time of our purchase Cricket was offering several phones free if you signed up for a $60/month plan and transferred your number to the Cricket phone. They had about 15 phones on display (unboxed but not functional). Models ranged from cheap LTZ brand phones to the latest I-phone. Some accessories such as phone cases and screen protectors are also available, but are fairly high priced. The service person was very helpful, explained the requirements for each phone, the different service plans and what discounts were available. I ended up with a Motorola G7, which suits my purpose just fine and a $60/month plan plus insurance ($5 extra). The sales person helped to transfer all the data and to transfer my number and my phone was ready to use when I left the store. At the time of purchase the store was very busy and only one sales person was available. While she did apologize for everyone's delay, she stood firm that she could only help one person at a time. She did take care of other customers while we I waited for the transition from the old to the new phone, but jumped right back in when buttons needed to be pushed or information needed to be given to the person on the other end of the phone. The sales person also explained how to pay my bill online and that I would receive a small credit for using the Autopay option. We have been back to the store several times since then and the service is just as good as it was the first time. We also called twice to get questions answered and also received great service. A few months ago I received an e-mail that I am eligible for one year of free HBO Max streaming service and a one year membership to Sam's Club. The sales person set up the streaming service as well as the membership. On our last in person visit I noticed that they still have some phones on display (8 - 10) but that these phones are now sold under the Cricket brand.

Literally the worst customer service on the planet. I’ve been hung up on or placed on hold for literal hours. The customer service rep in store said they would replace our phone, no questions if we paid for insurance. Found out that she lied to our faces. Tried to lease a phone online, and they charged my bank account instead, and after 5 separate phone calls (4 of which I was hung up on), I am still waiting on a refund. They sent an email saying 1-3 days, and it’s been almost a week with nothing. The last rep said they had to “approve” my refund, after I already showed the confirmation email that a refund would be issued in 1-3 days. A complete scam. Absolutely disgusted
