“We had to stop to get towels and change my son after he had accident on a very long trip. The lady working helped find everything we need and even made sure we had extra bags in case we needed them later on in our trip. Amazing staff!!!”

“Love this store! The prices are great, but that's the least of it. This location is always clean and organized. The employees are always friendly and seem to enjoy being there as much as any retail employee can enjoy their job. Trish, the store manager, is one of the hardest, if not THE hardest, working store manager I've ever met. Every time I see her, she's on her feet stocking shelves, running a register, or going around making sure items are in their right spots. She always has a bright smile on her face and a kind word for everyone who walks though the door. That can't be an easy task to manage, considering she works so much she might as well set up a cot in the back room. The atmosphere at Dollar Tree is certainly a breath of fresh air and that can only be attributed to stellar management. Nearly everywhere else I go, I find management doing as little work as possible while barking orders at the peons. That behavior is dehumanizing to employees and creates an atmosphere of misery and tension. That, in turn, makes shoppers feel unwelcome. Kudos to the Sullivan Dollar Tree for bucking the trend!”

“I came into the store and was greeted promptly by the clerk behind the counter. I only needed a couple of things. I got a cart and got a case of bottled water and then towards the front. I also needed a charger for a cell phone. I was looking at the display and wasn't sure what I needed. The clerk came over to assist me. I was really impressed by his cheerful attitude and kindness. I didn't catch his name but my receipt said Hunter. Great job.”

“I was just there 2 days ago with my mother, and it seems that with already friendly staff, they are hiring even more very kind people who take good care of us for our weekly large hauls of groceries for the ranch, I'll always go here for random stuff.”

“I used to like shopping there more when everything was one price. Going to $1.25 didn't bother me because of inflation, but now more items are $1.50 or more. Pricing is getting very confusing. At least they have a price check scanner in one aisle. On the other hand, there are more different items to choose from. Staff is friendly enough and there still are some good deals to be found.”
