“My dog chewed my remote, I went to Jerry's to buy a TV that has a remote and controllers built into the TV. I was ready to spend $600.00on a new TV. I brought my chewed up remote just for a laugh, the young salesman said I have that remote sold it to me for $20.00, and said your TV will work now, you don't need a new one. Who does that now a days, who is that honest. I can't say enough great things about Jerry's they get 10 stars. I guess my dog just wanted to watch TV.”
“About 2 months ago I was interested in Tmobile service in the Sullivan MO store. I was approached by a very nice, professional and knowledgeable woman named Alexia Rawls. She explained everything to me that I could do. She never presured my wife and I to switch to Tmobile. We told her we would be back. When we came back she was there again and I asked for her to take care of us. She was actually very busy but took the time to set up our home internet and than our phone. Between her and a gentleman named Trenton they got everything going for us. After the activation process I found out Alexia was the manager. I need to say to the Tmobile uppers in management that you need more people like her to run your stores. I believe this is why all her employees are well trained and courteous. Trenton Betts even took the time to show me features on my phone and set them up. Hands down this is the best experience I've ever had with a phone. I will be keeping Tmobile and recommending the service to others I know. I will also be recommending this store along with Alexia Rawls and Trenton Betts. Hopefully the higher ups read this and take notice that they need all their stores to be like the Sullivan Missouri one.”
