I give 5 stars because every time i come i am always welcomed with the best customer service. The store is always clean and organized with lots of different styles and types for everyone. The store manager sure is doing a great job and is a valuable asset to Factory Connection.

Absolutely love love LOVE this store! They’re reasonably priced, very cute trendy outfits, great selection overall! Lori is AMAZING!! She went above and beyond to make sure I walked away with my goodies after having difficulties with my card. The situation would have been more overwhelming with my anxiety had she not eased my mind that we would figure it out. She deserves a raise!! Such a kind woman and she spread herself around the store helping a guest find an outfit that looked great..helping us..getting dressing rooms opened.. just such an asset to an amazing store!! I will be back! ?

Behind the counter young girl on phone I was in the store about 40 minutes had 3 pair of jeans i needed fitting room they are lock . girl still on phone im waited for her, she looks at me and kept talking on phone. I'm sorry but when a customer is in the store get off the phone!I left . I will not beg to use your sdon't.Either you want business or you dont. I only left 1 star because it would not let me leave a review if I didn't I wouldn't even give them 1 star.
