Picked up parts had to order when parts came in was called several times didn't have service they were going to keep calling till I answered or in my case went and picked up the parts. Parts said he was going to keep calling till I was personally notified my parts were ready for pickup.

Blake was very easy to work with during my truck purchase and no high pressure tactics from anyone during the whole process. Couldn’t beat either prices.

Had a great experience with Jesse Meade when I bought my truck. Had my niece and nephew with me and he gave them toy cars to play with as well as crayons and paper to color on while we waited for everything to go through.

Don’t buy from Laura ford!!they are to aggressive when they are trying to sell the vehicle.if you live out of town good luck speaking with the sales person.Jesse the sales guy that sold me my truck would only call me back when he needed information to move forward after I got the truck he won’t call or message me but he will my wife.nobody in that whole place knows anything about what’s going on.they will bold face lie to you.they are the reason people hate going to car lots

I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. We had an amazing experience here. Cory was extremely knowledgeable and supportive. He was willing to answer any/all questions and was very patient while helping us navigate buying our first car.

Edit: spoke with GM this morning and spoke with me on a human level. I appreciated him taking the time and effort. For that, I'll raise to 3 stars for now.
Andy the Ford service manager could learn a lot from his manager.
Service department is less than average in every way.
My 25 explorer ST has been in the shop for 5 weeks of my 12 weeks of ownership.
Service department does not answer phones or return calls.
The service department is failing at basic customer service.
My reviews was 2 stars but I reduced to 1 after calling today and receiving no information regarding my vehicle.
Laura Ford will never touch my vehicle again.
