I scheduled two appointments for me and my daughter together. The price she gave over the phone and the price on the wall were the same. However, as soon as she got halfway through the service, she informed me that my daughter’s services (mani pedi) DOUBLED because she had “small toes”….. wth?! The original quote for 140.00 for both of us all went way up and she charged my debit card 220.00!!! For a fill and pedicure for me. And a painted acrylic for my daughter and pedi….. their sign said 35.00 for acrylic and 30.00 for basic pedicure. The full fill was listed as 25.00. 140.00 should have been more than enough for the services….. BUT 220.00?!?! NOPE!!!!

She constantly over books and argues you didn't have an appointment. I waited all week for a noon appointment today and she argued I didn't make one. She's very hateful and talks on the phone the whole time. I've given her many chances. She just lost my business. Don't go there!! She's very rough too!!

Overall was a good experience. I do have to say that there was only two people working which caused the nail tech to be rushed. The nails look ok but they are all different lengths, some are crooked, but I think it's cause she felt rushed by the amount of people coming in. But I would recommend going.

My niece, daughter, and I were in the nail salon Monday, Feb 5, 2024. We all three got different types of nails, and the technician did a wonderful job on them. We couldn't be happier. While we and other customers were there, a very rude person came in with a family member, (a WEEK after the family member's nails were done) to complain loudly about her nails. It was border line harassment, and I feared for the tech's safety, because the rude customer said she'd be back later. The technician was visibly shaken and upset.
We called ahead, which is a good idea. People complaining because they are busy and tell you to come back later.....call ahead.

This was the worse place I've ever experienced, the lady was awful to my daughter when it was my daughter's 1st homecoming! They lied over the phone about the price, then when my daughter got home to show me I was in disbelief to see how awful they did on her nail and how awful they treated my girls! I want to speak to the owner as soon as possible! The nails were crooked and facing upward I've never seen anyone professionally do nails look this bad. Then they told us one price over the phone then ended up charging my $20 over the price we were 1st told! I would like to speak with manager ASAP they were extremely rude to us.
