After searching all of Rolla and surrounding areas and getting same answer, sorry your pet doesn't mean anything to us, we don't care if it's an emergency, we don't accept new patients" every vet in tri. City area said same thing. Finally we called this place and she showed more concern in first phone call than the " vet" we had, which turned out to be a holistic vet. I.e.not real Dr with real solutions for real problems. We didn't even know she was a hippie vet. This place and this vet are what we have been looking for.... Cant say enough good about her. Thank you so so much.

Doctor's and most of the staff were super nice and helpful. Very appreciative of their last minute help, time, care, and understanding. Had one employee that had a very "annoyed to be talking to you" attitude but everyone else was FABULOUS!

Took my dog into Sullivan Vet last night due to some issues i noticed her having. She got spayed there Jan 15,2024 it’s been 11 days since she got fixed and i mentioned to them she isn’t eating or drinking water like she used to they proceeded to tell me she was dehydrated and gave us her diagnosis but didn’t offer to take her in for the night or give her any fluids and sent us out the door saying “just keep an eye on her”. Granite it was 5:30 when we were leaving which is when they close the doors, i’m certainly hoping my fur baby is okay and we didnt just get screwed out of $200 all because they wanted to go home, it seemed like everyone was in a rush and wouldn’t listen to a word i had to say. Needless to say i will never return business here nor will i ever recommend this “vet” to anyone. Very very unfortunate considering everyone else has had great experiences and here i am leaving this unfortunate review.

The Veterinarians are the best of the best in the area (we loved and miss Dr. Franklin).Several years ago, my Lab (puppy) fell off the bed and broke his femur bone. Dr. Cuneio performed surgery and he was as good as new.The staff is extremely friendly and answers my questions and concerns in a timely manner. The office is bright and clean.Anytime I’ve called the after-hours number, a Veterinarian returns my call promptly. That is appreciated. My family has used this clinic since I was a kid and I definitely recommend them. In fact, I’d take my children here vs. Missouri Baptist Hospital - Sullivan. Ha. #kiddingnotkidding

Your furbabies will get top notch care here. They have consistently gone above and beyond and are always caring, helpful, and professional. I have entrusted them with our animals for over 17 years now. One of our kitties would have had to have been put down if not for the amazing care and support provided. Staff really stepped up to assist in a dire situation. We are very thankful to Dr. Stuart and the entire staff at Sullivan Veterinary Hospital!

This is a large veterinarian hospital and they can be your animals regular vet. Dr. Cuneio knows his stuff , he diagnosed my frenchie boy with a ear infection immediately and prescribed (and prescription is filled here) antibiotics oral and some for direct ear insertion. We got his shots here and booster. This is a wheelchair accessible place if the need for that is a concern. Items of need or want are sold inside such as animal treats , shampoos , itch remedies, sometimes animal tshirts and much more . Staff is very knowledgeable and kind. All payment types accepted- cash , charge and debit cards . Prices are extremely fair. Plenty of room inside , plenty of parking outside. Highly recommend.

I was recommended to this place by a friend, SO HAPPY I WAS!! A growth on mammory gland tissue was found on my Chihuahua/Yorkie mix in September 2023. My primary vet wanted me to wait until December 2023 to have it removed, due to how busy she was. I absolutely could NOT wait that long. Sullivan Vet Hospital was able to get my baby in within 2 weeks! My dog is not the nicest to strangers and they handled her so well. They had me go back to get her after surgery of the growth removal and spaying. It was less stressful for her and less dangerous for them of course. Sutures look great and she is home resting. They had given a ball park price before the surgery and it was CHEAPER than what they ball parked it to be! Even better! Very compassionate and answered all questions I had about the surgery! I will be recommending this place in the future and calling them for any future surgeries or issues that arise! Thank you all, from the doctors to the front desk staff, for being so caring and patient with fur baby parents like myself and our babies. ❤️

Thank you so much to the staff. I truly appreciate you. My dog was diagnosed with Pyometra and was in the critical stage on a Thursday night. They had me scheduled for surgery the next day, a busy Friday by 2. We are so grateful to the staff and we still have my lil furball. ♥️♥️

Dr. Bouce takes care of my cat and my dog. I am a retired registered nurse and my family is grown and busy. My pets are my companions. My dog Dixie fractured her leg a few years ago and Dr. Bouce performed emergency surgery. Her leg is 100%. She runs, jumps,, leaps into the water, and tries to climb trees after squirrels without ever favoring the leg. I trust Dr. Bouce and highly recommend him. Sandy

I called the vets office on July 11th at 352pm to make an appointment for our new, adopted dog, Barney. When I called, she found his original information on his care when he was vaccinated and neutered in February by Halo. I was given a 9am appointment this morning. I told the girl on the phone what I needed done. So, I get there and guess what, no appointment. It wasn't entered into their system I'm guessing. Well I can wait and get worked in. Uh, no, I had an appointment. Here I brought a very nervous, scared, excitable dog in and I'm supposed to wait because of their error. Nope, will be calling Connie Medling. I even told them when I called how nervous and excitable he is. Girl at the door showed to remorse or compassion. Done, done, done
