Can we make it to where they just answer the phone instead of talking to a robot for 40 minutes and not getting an answer

Mail carrier continues to deliver our mail to someone else. The post office employee says not their problem, call the senders to resend letters. How am I supposed to know what mail I'm not receiving? Like most civil servants, they don't answer to anyone

Always a pleasure using this post office. The staff are friendly and professional, and they keep later hours than other surrounding post offices.
