First, I really like the post master at this facility.
It is the rural carrier that delivers to Tall Oaks Estates at 1608 E Springfield Road that I cannot stand.
We have large parcel boxes for a reason, but this indvidual keeps cramming my packages into the small box for our mail.
I have had so many items damaged by this person but today tops the cake.
I ordered some 3d printed items and one of the main items was broken when it was stuffed into the small box.
Now their local number has been disconnected and you cannot call the office at all.
If you try to go to the site or the 800 number there is no where you can file a complaint or even reach the local office.
If you have an option on how something is shipped do not use USPS in Sullivan MO.

Mail carrier continues to deliver our mail to someone else. The post office employee says not their problem, call the senders to resend letters. How am I supposed to know what mail I'm not receiving? Like most civil servants, they don't answer to anyone

Always a pleasure using this post office. The staff are friendly and professional, and they keep later hours than other surrounding post offices.

Seen mail truck speeding by at least 30 mph... Passed our mail box and didn't stop to pick up the mail that was in the mail box with the red flag up!!!There's a 20 mph sign posted when you enter the neighborhood.Extremely disappointed with the mail service!!!
