They produce well butchered meat exactly to your specifications, and it comes out fantastic without taking long. Their smoked meats, including amazing teriyaki and original beef sticks, jerky, and one of the best briskets around, are highly recommended. The business is clean, organized, and timely. They also have a retail location offering products ranging from locally made soap and fresh honey to homemade candies, pickles, rubs, and spices. While most experiences are positive, there can be rare inconsistencies, such as jerky not mixed well or instructions not followed.
