Excellent group of people! Both Laurie office & Linn Creek. I actually felt like they cared about me & my animals.I've had to put one dog & one cat put to sleep this year. They were very considerate.

Amazing staff. I'm down her taking care of my mom with cancer. She has feral cats around her apartment complex that are the sweetest babies ever. Unfortunately bobcat fever is prevalent around here this year and they have been so helpful with the help of Theresa at Caring Hearts. If you need a good vet this is the place to go.

We had a great experience. The staff was friendly and very caring. We called in a full panic on Saturday night and even though she was out of town and busy with her family . She called us back and talked us through things to get us through the weekend. We then saw her on Monday when she was back in town. They took great care with our fur baby and got her all fixed up and sent us on our way.

Visiting the lake with a new 9wk puppy, we were so incredibly grateful for RVet Laurie when puppy took a turn for the worse. Not only did the team get us seen immediately, they were as thorough as kind in their exam. They quickly identified internal parasites as the issue through state of the art diagnostic equipment (no outdated fecal floats here!) and promptly started treating with not just with RXs but also with supportive care. I truly believe the only reason our puppy is still alive is because of this team. And as if day-of-treatment wasn't already amazing, they then called and followed up multiple times, even offering us supportive fluids and travel kits while we made our way back to KC for long-term treatment.Traveling with pets can be stressful, especially when emergencies occur. Knowing such fantastic care is available while away from home is such a reassurance. I know my family and I will forever be patients of R Vet Laurie when visiting the Lake.

We were visiting from the city, and our dog had been bitten by another dog. Not a life-threatening emergency, but they made room for us in their busy schedule to check her out, clean her up, and prescribed antibiotics and pain meds. They were very kind to both us and our pup.

ALWAYS TRYING TO PUSH THINGS ON YOU WHEN YOU GO IN THERE USING THERE LITTLE SCARE TACTICS, VERY UNETHICAL.....BRINGING THEIR BIG CITY ACTS TO A SMALL TOWN IS NOT GOING TO WORK. I WILL ADVISE ANYONE I KNOW TO STAY AWAY AND TAKE THEIR PET SOMEWHERE ELSE, I TAKE MY DOG ACROSS THE POND TO DR LUCAS BEFORE I WILL STEP FOOT IN THERE AGAIN.

I live in Kansas City but spend most of my time at the lake since I retired. My dachshund, Gracie Lou, developed an ear infection and RVeterinary-Laurie was available the same day I called even though we were new clients. Awesome!Gracie has a mind of her own and a stubborn streak, as anyone who has owned a dachshund will attest to! Dachshunds were bred to hunt badgers in their burrows. They are a brave and fierce breed! As such, Gracie can become aggressive during veterinary visits and I always recommend use of a muzzle.Unfortunately, Gracie was in no mood to be muzzled and was clearly willing to bite anyone who tried to look in her very painful infected ear. The staff at RVeterinary-Laurie were very understanding and gentle with Gracie. The vet even sat on the exam room floor to play with her and develop a bond. I was very impressed with their compassionate care!We left with a mild sedative and returned the next day to make a second attempt to treat Gracie's ear infection. Success! I've decided to use RVeterinary-Laurie instead of the vet in Kansas City, and perfectly willing to drive from KC during the winter months when necessary.

Had no appointment but our dog had a severe cough and needed attention. They checked him out immediately and gave him some antibodies and a follow up meeting in a week. Very satisfied

Had an appointment. 10 year old Westie. Sudden totally not herself symptoms. Upon appointment arrival, a sudden surge of emergencies put our appointment way behind (appointment at 9am, picked her up at 3;30pm). Vet went over bloodwork and had quite a few out of norm items. Her explanations were very vague and non definitive, but Addisons disease was mentioned. No prescription given. One general injection given. Was not well for rest of week. Then on Mon (memorial day) she started to improve and by Thursday was back to normal self for a week. Now (June 2nd)she is back to way she was when took to vet initially. No advice given.

Used to go to this vet however when we were traveling and requested our records we found out and our dog had a tick borne illness last year and the vet had never informed us of it. We also were missing records from recent tests we had done and paid for. I heard they maybe changed owners, but can't recommend them anymore.
