While we love the expanded shop and love to shop local… the employees need to learn their store. I’ve had three people in my family go up there the past two days with the same response. NO HELP! They stay behind the counter and point when YOU ask for help. Then they point you the wrong direction. Know your store. Be friendly… it will keep you in business.

This store is Amazing ! Chris helped my wife with a propane issue. Over and above the call of duty and he wouldn’t accept a tip. I will not go anywhere else for my hardware needs. Great selection great people. Really rare in todays world when everyone has their hand out for a tip.

Sunrise True Value is very well stocked, and I have found items here that I have not been able to find in other stores at the lake. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the store is expanding with the addition of a new connected building! Check out this great store next time you're in Sunrise Beach.

Love their selection of items for practically everything you need to fix up your home and then some. Glad to see they're expanding their building to accommodate more items! Great local hardware store worth stopping in to see what they have.

Very handy for this side of the Lake - prices are high compared to the big stores but sometimes worth saving the long trip to get to the big stores...100% for the people who run the place!!!! Very nice.

I love supporting local businesses and this is my 1st go to hardware store always! Great customer service! They have even ordered in items for me that they no longer carried & I couldn't find anywhere else. (for less than I could find it online!)Everything from traeger pellets, paint or plumbing & propane refills and everything in between, they always have what I need.

They are ok. The employees don't greet you when you walk in. They are normally playing on there phones. When you need help they just tell you the area it is in and don't offer to find it for you. I tend to only there if I need something in an emergency
