I think we all know what Bass Pro shops are all about, it's a very mid-western hunting, sports, outdoor supplier. This review is about this particular store. I do a fair amount of my clothing shopping here, for the aging body type that I have sculpted during my golden years, the selection here seems to be a very good fit for me. Best yet, during recent visits here, I found the staff to be very helpful and they are usually not hard to find. I've also found this to be true in other departments as well. The store is well stocked and clean, even by their standards which I consider very high.

Store is very nice. Glad they built one closer to ID. Very well organized and clean. I did purchase a gun for my son and the process took very long. The manger that was helping would just disappear and go help another customer instead of finishing her 10 min part and then helping another customer. Took 3 hours to do paper work. Definitely will go back, just not to buy a gun.

Who ever is running the guns and ammo dept need to screen who they're hiring to run the counter. The guy I had the misforture to run into was arrogant and rude as well as lazy and acted like he was too good to be working there. NOTHING about his looks or manner suggested that and if anything he acted like he carried grudge for being an overweight and sloven. He didn't know what he was talking about and seemed to care less about selling anything. Perhaps his attitude was selective, though I can see no action on my part to inspire such an attitude. I will not go back into the store again if the store encourages or permits this bias in it's workers. Do they? At this point I would suggest avoiding the place is the best option.

Clean,good sales, great service!! I could hang out here just for the wide selection and price point. I still haven't seen every section of the store but I never leave empty handed

Good luck getting anyone in firearms to excerpt a bit of energy to actually help you find and spend $hundreds of dollars. "it's over there" they will say as they point their apathetic finger in the general direction.

Just left bass pro after doing Santa pics with our dog. She's been a little shy in public, and everyone there could not have been more friendly. We made a reservation online for pictures, and only had to wait about five minutes. Decorations were cute and had a great scene set for pictures. (Didn't want to take pics, as they had a photographer and wanted to be respectful). Terry at the font has given our dog treats and a friendly greeting every time we go there. He's an absolute delight. This location has tons of employees and everyone is so helpful. Great place to bring a dog for training, and they have a large pet section with great options for treats, toys, etc. They have a huge, beautiful fish tank towards the back of the store. Fun to look at all the types of fish.

I feel my uncle (Caucasian) and me (Caucasian and African American) were racially profiled at the Sunset Hills Bass Pro shop. My uncle and I came in to buy ammunition for our firearms. I proceeded to go look at your guys gun collection to browse the wall. I asked one of the workers to look at a Ar-15 and he gave it to me to look at. I was looking at the firearm and my uncle came up and said is it nice and I said yes. He decided he wanted to buy it after me saying it was nice. The background check started to be processed and everything was cleared. I started looking for accessories and ammunition for the new rifle he was going to get. The worker that was with us from the beginning then got someone else and went into the back and stayed there for roughly 10 minutes. They then proceeded to come back and say that they are denying the sale because I was too interested in the rifle and they couldn't sell due to ATF laws. I am the legal age to purchase firearms and have in the past. So my question is, why were we denied?

Store is amazing! And on top of that the service center is amazing, I stopped by with my husband looking for some stuff for our pontoon and the parts department helped us out and found what we where looking for! Thank you everyone their and thank you anel in parts for the help!

An absolutely amazing service center, the entire crew back within the tracker service center is amazing, Errin was super friendly and helpful, Brendan was a big help with scheduling and was very vocal to me anytime their was a hiccup or a bump in the road, the parts department was very thorough and helped me out alot, Anel was a big help in finding some key pieces for my mercury engine. All together this entire crew is phenomenal will be coming back again!

Nice store. It just opened a few weeks back and I have already visited three time....Take my money!... The store does not have the same level of flair that the others I have been to. It is smaller. Nice to have a local hunting and fishing retailer nearly in my back yard.

Do not buy a boat here. Salesman was more worried about getting us to get a Bass Pro credit card to use to put our $500 deposit for the boat than selling the boat. When we said we would rather use cash instead of getting another card he stated they didn’t take cash and to get their credit card….also told us it would be better to use their financing instead of getting our own or better yet to use the credit card to finance the boat.Checked into their finance partner. They have a 1.8 rating.
