My hairdresser is super awesome. She was so sweet and kind today. I have some medical conditions, and she made me have a wonderful experience that could have been an unpleasant but she helped me through it. God bless her. She not only has 5 stars here, but will have many stars in Heaven. Oh, and I got a great haircut. She is wonderful! Thank you!

I had a haircut here a couple of months ago. While waiting, there was an older gentleman that stopped in to inquire about the wait time. He appeared to be 90+ and hard of hearing. The stylist had little patience with him and mocked him for not hearing her. Her entire demeanor with him was incredibly rude. When he questioned her(because he didn't hear her), she didn't talk louder to accommodate him either. Her behavior was quite gross. I wont return to this location after witnessing this.

Signed in online, we got to the location around 10 (they opened at 9). One person ahead of us. There appeared to be only one stylist. They spent several minutes doing something on the computer, then spent another 5-10 minutes vacuuming around their station and other chairs. Little surprised they only had one stylist on a Saturday and thought they would move a little faster with three people waiting. Canceled and went somewhere else.

So we tried the Great Clips at Lindbergh/Baptist Church- new summer hours and close at 6pm- it was 6:30… drive to Sunset Hills location… walk in at 6:50… “sorry we close at 7pm”… still time to trim my daughters hair. Nope! I casually ask where can I get it cut because I just got off work… rude older woman with dark hair says “I don’t know but I’ve been here for 10 hours”… with this attitude and lack of customer service I’m guessing this location will be shuttered soon!

I use this location because I always have a wonderful experience. There are 2 hairdressers in particular here that just do an incredible job. Keep up the great work!

I checked in online for a haircut for my 4yr old son on 1/3/23. It was right around 2pm. When we walked in the location wasn’t busy. There was one stylist with a client and two standing possibly talking to one another. We waited to be greeted and nothing. The women obviously saw us and chose to ignore us. It did not take long for the stylist who was working with a client to excuse herself and greet us and check us in. The stylist who put a booster chair in her seat did not even invite us back. She seemed very put out and so I asked her how her day was and she was short and responded fine and said what are we doing? I asked for a trim for my son. She was not kind at all and told him to sit back and then proceeded to put his bangs in his face to check for length. He didn’t understand and went to move them and she once again was short and rude. I did not get my child out of there quick enough. I swiped my son right up and we left immediately.It is ok to have a bad day. It is ok to not be 100%, but to purposely provide bad customer service is simply uncalled for. I found another location that was happy to assist in my sons haircut, and their kindness was rewarded with a great tip and a future customer.

Terrible! I went to go get a haircut, and this lady cutting my hair was rude! She spent almost the whole time brushing my hair and when she was, she kept pulling my hair. And after when she FINALLY decided to start cutting my hair, I said I wanted it more short in the beginning and she almost did all my hair. And the whole time she was yelling at her daughter that was there and not paying attention. I will not be coming back.
