Our daughter and son-in-law were on their way to Arkansas yesterday when their brakes started going out. Since they don't have internet, they asked us to look for a mechanic for them. We looked it up and suggested Car Doctor II. About an hour later our son - in - law called back, said they were back on the road, and told us to leave an excellent review! He said they were fast, kind, and they had nice books for the children to look at while they were waiting. Very helpful!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I took my truck in to get my brakes done. As soon as they were done, and I left the parking lot, the brakes were squealing. This tells me they didn't even test drive my vehicle after changing them. I returned the truck to them and explained the issue. An hour later they brought my truck out saying I shouldn't have anymore issues. Again as soon as I left the parking lot for the second time, my brakes were squealing.
I decided to take matter into my own hands. After pulling my brakes I found that their technician installed 50% of the brake clips backwards. The ones that were on the correct way were not even changed.
I was promised a refund for the labor, but to this day, I have not seen it.

We've been customers for a few years. Had a repair done on our older Jeep. After a few days it was no longer repaired so we took it back and asked her to call me if it was going to cost a lot more. We left it for a week. It was not even looked at. We won't be back.

Our family would love to recommend “The Car Dortor ll “ at the this location to everyone looking for Honesty, integrity and reasonable prices. Our family took our car to a mechanic in Ashflat,Ar and he told us we needed to replace everything pertaining to our brakes. We wanted a second opinion so we were Referred to the car doctor We spoke with Tiffany and from that point forward, we knew we were in good hands. Thank you very much.

I called for an emergency brake repair before my return to Texas and these guys managed to get me in right away. The brake job took about 30 to 45 minutes. They were courteous and friendly and to this day I have not gone off a cliff.
The store is easy to locate, the parking was adequate and the atmosphere calm.
I do recommend that they expand their snack machine options because you are never hungrier that when you have exact change in your pocket. Also the payment option was a bit awkward.
The TV could also have been turned on to a viewer neutral / friendly channel instead of OFF. Kind of boring.
Good magazine selection on table (firearms related of course. Not the better homes and garden mags).
Waiting area had a two person couch to sit on. Relatively comfortable but they did not have blinds so the sun beats down on your neck.
Good service. Will definitely go there again.
