Called to place an order this morning cause you know I work night shift in health care. Anyways called and the women that picked up got pissed with me!? Because she doesn't know how to do her job refused to make what I was trying to order..cool I stop in at this store every damn night. How about hier people who know what they are doing?! Guess this diabetic is not eating tonight.

Nice little gas station with plenty to choose from for snacks and drinks. The staff was really friendly. I had plenty of pumps for gas.

The large lady with tattoos behind the counter was loudly complaining about how this place “sucks” and how another coworker got a promotion, all while the line reached the back of the store. I figure if she’d just shut up and do her job she’d get through the line faster

The gas is no good u have to wait forever to get checked out they won't run 2 registers and then it takes 2 people to count the drawer down so nobody can pay

This is the worse place. They staff is awful . Never stocked .they took away the best night last and put a rude young one in there that worries about her friends while customers pile up . What a disgrace.. they need to learn from the Cherokee village store .. now the girl in the afternoon is sweet ... So unsatisfied with this low grade store.

Stopped by this gas station on a trip through Thayer. It is an older unit but they have everything you would expect to find at such a store like snacks and drinks. They even offered some hot foods like pizza. The gas station has the typical fuels you find at other places but none of the newer ones like flex fuel or electric charging. Not a bad stop and would go there again.

Ordered a pizza for pick up, and paid on line. Was told it would take 15min., showed up 20min. instead. Got there and my order was not even made yet, and there was no one in front of us(no orders). Told the pizza would would be ready in 10min., and let me just say it was disgusting uncooked dough. What I don't understand is, how are the single slices done on cooked dough? Had to use my breadsticks as actual crust, because the toppings just fell off. Won't be ordering pizza again...and the pizza might have been ready when I got there, if the workers weren't sitting back talking instead of doing their job. I'm very disappointed Casey's!!! ...p.s. I have a video!

I like Casey’s overall. I would rate their other locations much higher but this review is about this store specifically. What I like: friendly customer service and their loaded breakfast burrito.Here is the problem. Having been around QT in Texas I know how quickly a company can address issues if they really want to. I’m not so sure this is the case with Casey’s. The soda machine is out of order frequently. I cannot imagine any issue that isn’t related to a distributor, mechanical or simply the attention to detail by either the store or regional management. If a machine goes down it can be brought back up within 8 hours. If the machine is faulty, it’s time for a new machine. And let’s face it, with the multi flavor machines out there, there is no excuse for diet Dr Pepper being missing from the choices.Common food items like the chicken and pickle sandwich or the loaded breakfast burrito is great.I have noticed on several occasions that they have had the chicken sandwich with the pickle crossed out. How did you not know it was going to run out ahead of time? Bad business practice.There have been several weeks where I have noticed that no matter what time of morning I go, there isn’t a breakfast burrito. Thayer and mammoth spring aren’t exactly the havens for Mexican / Tex Mex style of breakfasts so this is really the only decent option. I’m sure if they made more, there would be wastage but not having at least one available at all times is a bit disappointing.Overall the store does not reflect badly for Casey’s per se, but after having been to several stores this one specifically could use new equipment, a new parking lot and a better inventory management system.

Ordered a large taco pizza, when i picked it up and looked at it ,worse taco pizza ever ,no chips on it , all the lettuce and tomato was in the center, no taco sauce looked nothing like the taco pizzas i got there before, asked for my money back . Its to bad they used to have the best taco pizzas

Very disappointed..I called at 3:58pm and asked for a large cheese pizza and that my husband would pick it up at 5pm, that they would make it closer to the time that he had to pick it up .. He picked the pizza up and brought it home and it literally tasted like it was made earlier in the day and sat on their counter for 5 hours , very cold and stale, in fact it’s been in our oven now for well over 20 minutes.. we have never had this problem before, we don’t even live far from Casey’s either, just makes us not want to come here anymore for pizza night ☹️
