Harps Food Stores aims to provide the best value to customers, focusing on competitive prices, product quality, and friendly service. The deli is well-regarded for its fresh food, and the store is noted for its cleanliness and variety of options, making it a good stop for travelers. Many shoppers appreciate the small-town feel and the helpfulness of staff, though some mention that employees do not always offer assistance. However, there are concerns about rising prices, with some customers feeling that the store is overpriced, especially compared to competitors like Walmart. While locals have traditionally supported Harps, there is a sense that the store has become more corporate and less community-focused, leading to a decline in customer loyalty and increased complaints. Overall, Harps Food Stores has potential but faces challenges in maintaining its reputation and pricing structure.
