I've had a PO box with them for the last 2 years and I haven't had any issues. The staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable.

Attempted to get ahold of them on several occasions regarding mail getting sent back to due to them not sending it out correctly, always gets dial tone and no response have to contact the myrtle post office just to get a response from them.

Post office is rude. I just moved back to my husband's mom's house and they told me flare out to move the box or they would not deliver the mail. So we bought a post and put it at the edge of the property line for them and they still have not delivered my mail. Have a very important piece of mail coming and found out it is at the post office and I have to go pick it up.

Always this one rude guy there. For three years every time I had to pick something up or needed something he was rude. I stopped getting money orders or sending packages through there because of it. I go over to Mammoth for that, the staff is so much friendlier in mammoth.
