The small family owned hardware store in Theodosia, MO has great locally owned business. The friendly staff are knowledgeable and always nice and helpful. The store carries a wide variety of items, framing, sheeting, fastens, F‑channel, plants, and a greenhouse in the spring. The store has a farmers market on Saturday and even has ice cream. If item not on the shelf they can order it. Prices are fair and the assortment varied. Customer appreciate the clean store, friendly customer service and the support of the community.
I recommend the ice cream I got the waffle cone it was fresh and they give a lot of ice cream for $4.. Great deal

In the middle of a move, it's hot and nothing was going right. Went in with a packing problem and they helped with a creative solution that made them no money. Love this place!
