“I can't say enough good things about Archie and the incredible service we received today at the Tipton Radio Shack. My father-in-law's Consumer Cellular phone stopped working this past week. My father-in-law had taken the phone to Target in Jefferson City which is supposed to be a Consumer Cellular store. They refused to help him because he didn't know his PIN. My father-in-law is 92 years old and never set up a PIN on his account so he couldn't give them one. When we visited Archie's store this morning, he spent over an hour on the phone with Consumer Cellular and got my father-in-law's account straightened out and sold us a new (and better) phone. Archie was incredible! I highly recommend this place to anyone needing help with their Consumer Cellular phone in mid-Missouri.”
