12:18 on a Wednesday.Store lights off. Door locked. UPS note saying "sorry, we missed you" regarding a delivery.Called the store. Employee answered. Said he was "in the back office" and would check to see why door was locked. Then he dropped my call.Sketchy. Someone is clocking hours and doing no work.

I had an issue upgrading my phone. The online and phone support from ATT was absolutely atrocious. Dakota at the Town & Country store researched the issue, presented multiple options for me to choose from as possible solutions, and executed my choice quickly. Appreciate the support, Dakota!

So I'm not techy and went into this store to get internet and TV. The sales rep asked if I had smart tv's I said yes. I did not know that I could get tv by streaming. Then they proceeded to sell me direct tv. They new they had a sucker, and they took me. Called my account rep and he said I was stuck with it. Nice way to treat a new customer!

Do not go to this store, they will add extra things to your bill without your knowledge. They then said the district manager would apply credits to my account , 3 weeks later nothing had been resolved. They took advantage of the first responder discount. They told me I would get 25% off my bill but never told me they added an additional line with insurance Total fraud. I called ATT headquarters and they told me I never needed an extra line to receive a first responders discount. I ran into an a gentleman who was was leaving the store and they added a bunch of extra things to his line as well. He was a first responder as well. After everything the first responders have been through , I can’t believe ATT is taking advantage of them like this. It’s really disgusting.

I went in to upgarde my phone the manager told me there is a promotion I sign up for I will get a free Apple Watch. promotion poster were posted in wall & door. I signed up. next month my bill had extra 60$ payment for installment for the Watch I went to the store manager told me it takes 2 mines to reflect the change. I went back afger 2 month they said it takes 3 month. dueing this time I am making payments & paying tax in my watch which I never needed. 3 months latee new manager came in & told me that promotion was not for MO it was a mistake. now for the past 4 months i am trying to get the money back & go to the store every week & all they tell me is that my case is sent to distric manager. no one responds while I am paying money every month. incompetent people who are smoking cannibis standing near the door whie customers wait. No accountability no respect & they will give you wrong information to make money on commisions

Walked in today to find the only employee laying down on a bench with her shoes kicked off on her phone. Previously, employees have lied to sell me things that I didn't need and put things on my contract that they never asked me about. AT&T service is good, this location is shady.

We bought new iPhone 14Pros about two weeks ago at the Des Peres store. The sales person there put iPhone 13 screen protectors on our phones. He did not tell us it wasn't the correct screen protector. It interfered with the face identification feature on my phone. The Apple genius told me that we had the wrong screen when I asked why the facial recognition wasn't working properly. So we headed back to the Des Peres store who admitted that they had been out of the correct protector for some time. We went to this store (Clayton and Woodsmill Rds) for a replacement screen protector as Des Peres was still out of stock. The only person in the store was assisting a young couple. She was using what I would classify as strong arm tactics trying to get them to sign up for internet services. The husband indicated that he wanted to check what services they had before committing. She said that they had to decide today. So the couple said thank you, we will think about it and got up to leave. The AT& T rep raised her voice and said "You aren't getting the phone either? Why?" Again, politely, the husband indicated that they were "still shopping", and left the store. When we indicated what we needed, she told us we would have to buy the new screen protector. We said that AT & T should replace it, as had been portrayed to us by the Des Peres store rep. She said it was store policy that they couldn't replace a 13 with a 14. I raised my voice at that point, saying that AT & T should right the mistake made by their employee. She sarcastically said Have a nice day. Ultimately, we went to the Creve Coeur store who promptly and politely replaced our screen protectors. I would never use this location again.

Went here to upgrade my phone and add a line to my account. I told the employee NOT to add the insurance and DO NOT change my current plan. What did she do? After everything was completed, she ADDED the insurance and SWITCH my plan to the most expensive premium plan. Good thing I checked after I left because she did change my plan to the most expensive plan and added the insurance I did not want. She told me that I HAD to add the insurance even though I paid cash for my phone. She forced to add the insurance that I didnt want or need. She also went in to my account and changed my plan to the most expensive plan without my permission. Those changes were made to my account with authorization or consent.
