Our company has been customers with Cadence Technology for the last several years with our business phones system at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwestern Illinois in Belleville, IL. My support rep, Kevin Ngo has been superior with his customer service and general knowledge as it relates to our specific needs. He can easily make any updates to the system with absolutely no interruption to our business day. His knowledge and professionalism is what keeps us as long time customers. The service they provide is above and beyond any support I've ever received from other competitors. If you are looking for any type of technical support this is the place to call.

Kevin at Cadence is a wonderful asset for my company. As director of information technology and telecom for about 200 people, I am often derailed by, and overwhelmed by routine tasks, emergency repairs, and people demanding my attention. Managing a long running support task like getting a telecom / internet provider to upgrade firmware in my edge devices requires attention to detail, scheduling, and follow through, or the provider just stops. Kevin's attention to detail, his thoroughness and tenacity are a perfect suite of skills to manage difficult, detailed tasks. Cadence, Michael, and Scott are all good partners and our company is better for having them. I can recommend them without reservation for Internet service.

During the coronavirus pandemic, it became obvious that our current phone system was not meeting our needs. We visited the offices of Moore Computing who has their phone service from Cadence and were wowed by their hardware. We had Michael Leigh and Scott Cheever visit our office to show what their system had to offer us and we were blown away. It checked every box! Their mobile app is the best! Michael and Scott were so easy to work with and provided answers at every stop. Fast forward to October when we "went live" with the new system -- I was blown away with the professionalism, personalized approach, support and guidance offered by Scott and his colleague Nick Dell. We never felt like we were just another client. They made sure we were ready to go, comfortable, and handled the cut over without incident. Following cut over, they followed up, often, to make sure we were good-to-go. We have already sent a few service questions to Kevin Ngo, and he always treats us with respect, and seeks to resolve any issues we may have as fast as possible. We are really in great hands!I am so glad we chose to move forward with Cadence Technology Services. I highly recommend them.

I routinely work with Matt and Kevin with Cadence as part of my daily job functions, and can say without hesitation that they are among my favorite agents to deal with. They're courteous, the care about issues presented to them, and they always WANT to help callers reaching out; not only this, but they're quite savvy when it comes to solutions to problems and are prompt when it comes to following up.The industry needs more like Cadence.

We use Cadence Technologies for VoIP phone system for our company encompassing 16 locations in 2 states. The guys at Cadence do a great job with our system whether we are growing or in need of some tech support. I highly recommend them.
