Very Thankful for the care of my Father after his fall. Also, My mother in law has resided the past four years due to dementia. The staff is so nice and patient. I believe it speaks volume when you see the same workers this whole time. The food is very good. They have physical and music therapy. The owners Are actively on the premises. Recently outdoor festivities for grandparents day/Octoberfest-families are welcome-treats, musical band & a petting zoo. A self pay facility is so worth having the peace of mind care for our family memento . Highly recommend them.

I could not have asked for better care for my mom! She was at Mari de Villa for 3 years - first in the assisted living and then in the skilled nursing facility. The staff was always extremely friendly and helpful and I always felt like she was well cared for. The facility is always clean and the common areas are very nice. They have plenty of activities (obviously not much during Covid) from happy hours to music therapy, crafts and more.Finding a nursing home for a parent, or making the decision to send a loved one to a home is an extremely difficult decision, but once I decided on Mari de Villa, it was an incredible relief. They were wonderful and I can’t thank them enough !

I worked there for seventeen years as part of the entertainment staff and then as a music therapist. The staff is great, from the front desk to the office, the cnas, the nurses, and social services. Residents are always well fed and clean. Linda Yoder, Fred, Fritz, and Joe are on the front lines whenever a problem arises...

Mari De Villa took great care of my loved one. My parents loved the happy hour with live music every afternoon. All the meals were served with linen tablecloths. The private rooms are spacious with lots of room for family visits. The food was very good. They washed and ironed my father's clothes. He was always clean and well dressed. They have lots of opportunities for family activities - daily happy hours with live music, holiday parties, nice rooms with large windows and views of the pond that we used for family parties. The staff was very caring. We had tried 3 different places before we found Mari de Villa and there was no comparison. I highly recommend Mari de Villa.

Mari de Villa provided an outstanding community of fellowship, support, service, and professionalism. My mother lived there for 16 years in an independent villa. She loved the family-owned and operated surroundings, which provided an "at-home" environment.The social outings, and gatherings were most enjoyable as she made many new friends. Her villa provided both comfort and joy with an ample amount of space for a garden and patio.The staff is also another plus. They are a reflection of the community. On many occasions they were called and responded in a supportive and professional manner. They were there when we needed them most :)With heartfelt thanks to everyone at Mari de Villa and the Wiesehan family!Warmly,Christy

Front desk is rude and impatient. Need new staff from the nurses to the front desk to the management. Nurses dont know what they are doing. And management doesnt do anything about it.

I recently moved my sister to Mari de Villa from another facility in Arkansas. She has been in a nursing home for 15+ years due to being hit by a car many years ago. I learned of your facility over 10 years ago when I visited a friend's mother in law. I have visited many times over the years with therapy dog groups. My current dog learned to ride elevators at Mari de Villa. I liked how things were done over the years. Selecting a new home for my sister was an easy choice. I have known the staff and knew my sister would receive excellent care.Recently, the bank trustees from Texas, that help manage my sister's care came to visit my sister and see where I had moved her too. They were very impressed with Mari de Villa. They have been many places to visit clients over the years. They said your facility was by far one of the nicest they have seen. I just wanted to pass that along to you.Thank you for your help in caring for my sister. I know you have many choices in how your run your business. My mother has been here for a little over a month. I can't say enough about the care she has received. The staff is wonderful. We previously moved from another facility & the difference is amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend Mari de Villa.

We moved wife's father here after inattention elsewhere... At Mari de Villa, the staff is friendly and answers call button right away. Her father is markedly better in spirits and otherwise. Eating more... you can feel a warmth here.

Both my grandmother and mother were residents at Mari de Villa (some 30 years apart). They received outstanding care and enjoyed the many activities that were available. 10 of my mothers' college friends were residents with her, speaking to the facility's excellence and well deserved reputation. There is no substitute for family ownership - every person from maintence to the owners know each resident personally. I cannot say enough good things about Mari de Villa.

My husband and I moved to Mari de Villa in November, 2015. My husband was in Villa West and then moved to Villa East. I've lived in Villa Estates all the while; and whenever I went to visit my husband, he was content and his needs were well-met. We both found that the employees and staff were evidently "hand-picked" for their excellence in patient and residence care. My husband passed away six months ago, and I'm finding that the Villa residents are extremely friendly and supportive. It truly feels like "family"!! I am grateful to God for leading me here!
