“The minute I walked in to TAUC I felt a caring attitude. I called in at 6 am to get an appointment and was #2 on the list. This is a great benefit and I hope more people find out about it. After talking to the Dr., she thought maybe I needed an ultrasound to make sure that I did not have a blood clot. I was referred to another TAUC across town and had a 3:45 appointment there. Again with a caring attitude, I was taken care of promptly.The ultrasound tech explained everything to me and answered all my questions. After the radiologist read the ultrasound, the Dr.came in and reassured me that I did NOT have a blood clot and I could travel the next day. Both appointments combined took less than 2 hours. I can't imagine how much time I would have spent in an Emergency room.”
“I had signed up online for my visit at the Bridgeton TAUC. When I arrived the staff was very cordial and helpful. The assistants, nurses, and doctor showed genuine concern for my illness and I was very pleased with the doctor's bedside manner and the information he shared with me regarding my home COVID-19 test and the results from TAUC.”
“Is it weird to say I had a delightful experience at a TSA screening? Well, I did. Miss Cassandra took great care of me, greeting me in a friendly manner and took me back to a room very quickly after I signed in. From there, she took all the requisite forms, scanning them while chit-chatting with me and making what could have been an anxious, or, at the very least, boring, experience, pleasant and easy. I was in and out in about 15 minutes and SO glad I went, as it was a task I'd been putting off for months.”

I had nurses checking on me throughout the entire process and it made me feel like they really genuinely cared about my well being. “I got to tell you this place needs 10 stars if you could.. I did my test at home on 11/1.. Returned the equipment on 11/2. Buy 11/7 I got the results. Severe Sleep apnea.. Jill had someone drive to my doctors at St Lukes in person. They got the prescription buy noon. Jill called me and said can you get here by one. After Charlie took almost an hour to show me everything about and walked out the door by 2. This place cares about what the do and they go above and beyond to help people sleep. “Excellent blood draw experience. I made a same-day appointment online, checked-in online, waited in my car a few minutes until called inside via text. I was greeted by Jonathan who was pleasant, efficient, and professional with the painless blood draw. I was in and out in 5 minutes. While there are closer Labcorp patient service center to our home, my husband and I always come to this location based on the positive experiences we have had.”

“The is the second sleep study I have had to have done in the last 5 years and this was by far the best. The staff was nice and made sure I had what I needed to be comfortable the entire time. The rooms were private with full size comfy beds and not at all like a hospital room/bed which is what I expected since my last one was that way. Thank you Amanda and Tom for putting up with me and making my stay easy. The entire staff there was just wonderful throughout. Thank you all!”
“Outstanding! The facility was clean, my technician was friendly and very professional. I checked in without an appointment at 10:37, I went back at 11:02, I left at 11:11. Urine and blood test collection. Highly recommend this location if you have to go in for labs!”
“People are very nice here and it’s very efficient. but it so confusing and impossible to find. No signage anywhere in the facility. The directly says ground floor but impossible to find. There are signs everywhere but no Quest signs at all. In the area that it’s in has signs for every service center but the lab.”

“I walked into this Quest for a routine blood draw. I didn't have an appointment and it was about 45 minutes before they closed. I checked myself in on their tablet kiosk and was seen almost immediately. The phlebotomist I had was friendly and had me in and out quickly. I will use this facility for lab work in the future.”
“I’ve come here dozens of times - I used to come weekly during a difficult pregnancy - and the staff is always super quick and does a great job making it as easy as possible for me. I don’t like having my blood drawn but they make it relatively painless and service is SO much quicker than any Quest I’ve ever been to. I’m usually in and out in 20 minutes. Thank you, LabCorp!”
“The nurse who helped me was friendly despite my veins not cooperating. evidently my body has enough blood to function but no extra and it was not willing to give any of it up. she nailed the vein on the first try but it didn't bleed. the baby needle did the trick but it took a while. Drink water folks!”
