I will forever use Ark. We woke up on the coldest day of the year with no heat. The lady I talked with on the phone was so kind and kept in communication with me letting me know when a tech would be here. Tyler was here within 2-3 hours and was so friendly and professional. Fantastic customer service!

Our go to company for heating and cooling needs/repair. Great customer service and always get us worked in. They will work with you on payment and even offered temporary AC when ours went out during a heat wave and they had to wait on a part. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was looking for a local business and not a huge commercial business to get the customer service aspect most companies have moved away from. I have worked in retail for over 20 years and defeintly know what's good service. I defeintly recieved it all from this small business. The estimate process, install and final touch ups of the project were so easily streamlined and efficient. I would recommend them over and over again. wow !! what a great warranty they carry on their products as well. Thanks for taking care of my home with a whole new AC/Hvac system. The BEST part of the whole process was when they were able to give us loner Window units, until they were able to schedule us in. VERY UNHEARD OF, and this sealed the deal for us to go with them.Services: Install AC

When would you think that your AC would go out. Mine was on a holiday July 4th 2022 when the heat index was well over 100. I called Ark and they dispatched Justin F. for that afternoon. Amazing. I wasn't home but my wife said that he was very courteous and professional. Even on a holiday the service call was only $150.00. Unbelievable! I am sold on their service and will support them and refer them to everyone in need. They are now my go to company for their services. We are extremely happy with Ark. We have used them for various AC troubles over the last three years. Tyler has been our technician and we couldn’t be more pleased with him—he communicates with you every step of the way, he’s kind, efficient and just overall provides excellent service. We will use Ark for all of our HVAC needs.

We ended up getting referred my our Realtor when we were looking for a second opinion. The technician got us working for the time being and gave us time until we needed a full replacement.We ended up having to get a full replacement due to our system being over 20 years old. They graciously gave us credit on our system from what we already paid in service calls.The install technicians were extremely professional, had to remove some shelving in our utility room but put them back up where they were and their cleanup was amazing.We ended up getting a whole house humidifier as well and it did wonders for our sleep that same night.Highly recommend this company and am looking forward to continuing our relationship for all our heating and cooling needs!

Best experience ever for home duct cleaning! Answered all of our questions and concerns, showed up on time and worked nearly a full day to get our entire house done. Very responsive with all of our followup questions.After a few days, the dust is almost entirely eliminated. Should have done this a long time ago. Highly recommend this to anyone looking to have their ducts cleaned.Call them - you will be amazed! Housecleaning is so much easier now!
