Once you go there a few times they know you and hardly ever ask my name anymore and that's a nice way of doing customer business! Your not just a numer to them. They love hearing how they are doing and are very easy to deal with!

I have always had a great experience with Beckwith. We were with 2 other pharmacies in town that went out of business and our scripts were transferred to Beckwith and they are been amazing!

It’s a ok pharmacy but you have to call them and ask if your medication is ready and ask them to call you when it is ready, unfortunately they don’t have texting system or anything like Walmart as far as I know but I think that would help them out a lot…

So friendly! Was in and out in 5 minutes and they answer their phones. Why haven’t I tried this place years ago! I definitely found my new pharmacy! Was greeted coming in and leaving.

They are unfriendly and rude, and they also don’t call when your prescriptions are ready even if you have auto refill making you think theyre not on auto refill. Rude when you ask if they even are on autorefill. They’re better than Walgreens, but they’re not really good.They don’t deliver prescriptions, and weren’t really friendly when I called to ask if they did. They also don’t have a drive thru.. Theyre always really slow and late to automatically refill unless you call them to fill it manually. Our doctor sent a prescription over to them, we show up 5 hours later and it wasn’t even filled when we arrived. So we had to wait for them to fill it, when they should’ve had it done at least 4 hours before. They’re only quick to fill it once you call them to do it, manually.They’re also really late in notifying you a prescription is ready. They aren’t the most upbeat and friendliest when you call, just blunt and straight to the point. You don’t really get the friendliness that you got with Doctors Pharmacy, or Medicine Shoppe. When you go inside, its a toss up if the lady working there is going to be friendly, or act like they don’t even want to be there. Most the time, its a woman that acts like her job is a dread and acts like she doesn’t want to be there or deal with you. This place is a headache and I can’t wait to take my business elsewhere. This place is full of rude and lazy people that make you do the leg work to get a prescription.Can’t wait until the apothecary pharmacy opens up.
