The store shuts down their fryers at random times, so they can't always make your order, and none of the staff knows how to cancel or refund an order if they can't make it. They're super unhelpful, rude even, and will just tell you to "call corporate." After being told they couldn't make my order, I got a Doordash notification that my order was delivered (how could an order that couldn't be made even be picked up, much less delivered?) I'm still waiting on my refund, Savannah. It's been almost a month, and you've done nothing to fix this.
If you're placing an online order, you should definitely call ahead to make sure they can actually make the order before you pay for it, otherwise you'll have paid for food you don't get.

When a person is told that they do not have the time to make a salad, and no one all day made salads. Kinda leaves a person to wonder what the employees do all day.

My boyfriend and I love coming to this location. We are happy when we see your employee Sherri working, she is absolutely wonderful. It's hard finding good customer service now days but when we come here we know we will be treated kindly with a smile.

Over $140 in fuel and they could not get me an acceptable receipt. I've been leaving Casey's reviews for years and this is my first negative one. Please replace the strips in your machines.

Someone really needs to claim the parking lot. There is trash, filth that has not been pressure sprayed in along time. The staff is very pleasant, the inside is clean.

The pizza kitchen tonight was completely incompetent. Ordered a pizza and chicken online @ 4:55 with estimated rest time at 5:28. They gave my order to someone else. Said it would be 10-12 min to remake order. Left 45 minutes later. Zero stars for the kitchen, but had to give a couple for the pizza - it was good.

The Cook refused to put any vegetables on the burger I wanted to buy. The selection on the fresh shelf was devoid of inventory. The pumps had no paper to wash with and the windshield washing wands were wore out and broken . We waited for several minutes without attention
