The woman working this morning was extremely rude yelling at my husband. She was way out of line and needs to be updated with Missouri Liquor Laws. She was very disrespectful, when I tried explaining to her about the law changing 3 years ago she said we didn’t know what we were talking about. Someone needs to remind her on how to speak to people. Without customers she wouldn’t have a job. I would like to speak to her boss.

Today I walked in to this dollar general with my Fiancé and my service dog, as we come up to the check out stand and older lady, gets an attitude really quickly, and snaps at us saying we can't bring a dog in the store, now I understand if the dog wasn't a service dog or if the dog didn't have a vest on to show it, but my service dog had her vest and had a leash and didn't do anything but her job for me, the way this lady spoke to us was very rude and awful, I've never had an issue with anyone at this dollar general about bring my service pet, but this older lady was completely rude and disrespectful.
Please get this issue fixed because that was not customer service.

The person that left ONE STAR, LOL leaves ONLY ONE STAR reviews…just checkout their ridiculous reviews on every place they visit. They said they live in St. Louis which is a hour from Troy…your review is fake. This store does NOT do online pick up orders. I stop in here a couple times a week on my way home so I know for a fact they do not.Very clean and very nice manager. More stores need more managers that actually keep the store like this and don’t just sit in the office. Very well managed.
