“Friendly, knowledgeable service. I lost 3 hours of my life at another store setting up service with staff who didn't seem to understand what they were doing. Left there with my phone set up incorrectly. Two calls/chats each over 1 hour with customer support did not resolve the situation. I went into the Troy, Mo. store with the internet to drop TMobile and move on. The store manager took my phone and worked on it for about 10 minutes to fix the phone problem and the auto pay settings that the other store had wrong. Definitely recommend!”
