Ridiculous prices on certain spirits. $299 for spirits with a $30 msrp (Wellers Special Reserve). That is just one example, they have many that are similar. Wont ever give them a penny.

The owner was very pleasant and helpful with my U-HAUL rental. He answered numerous questions about the bank transaction very patiently no matter how many times I called. I am very happy with the service and the cost. I would recommend using this business to anyone.

If you are looking to rent a uhaul truck in Troy MO. be sure to steer clear of Gas N Spirits on Lincoln Ave. When we returned the truck the clerk claimed computer issues and kept us in the store for over an hour while on the phone with someone he finally gave us the balance we owed but ignored our questions about how much mileage we were being charged. We ended up paying the amount he requested and then was told he could not give us a receipt and that it would be emailed. Once we received the receipt we discovered we were overcharged by 75 miles costing us almost 80 dollars more then we should have paid. when I called the store to inform the clerk he was very rude and refused to even speak with me about it. I asked for a different number to call and he gave me a number to what he said was Shells Corporate number .....it was not. We now have filed a dispute with our credit card company and also with Shell US. avoid this hassle for yourself and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. JAMES AND LISA
