Prescription was ordered by the doctor, pharmacy left a message that it was ready to be picked up. Got to the store and was told they couldn't give it to me until they talked to the doctors office??? The clerk was very rude, didn't want to be bothered, absolutely no customer service skills at all. Time to change pharmacies.

This is the second worst pharmacy in Troy, mo. I base this solely upon being a customer/employee. As an employee I was told a number of lies just to delay customers, indefinitely or even deter customers. As an employee I also worked with a variety of people; unreliable, stuck up and also some were responsible and truthful. As a customer; it’s not worth the wait, they haven’t even started and won’t go the extra mile to help anyone. The pharmacists are not silent, if you want your personal information spread, this is the place for you.

Horrible attitudes in pharmacy. I've filled 3 prescriptions since moving here. The 1st, the pharmacist spoke very loudly about my medication with a line of ppl behind me forced to listen. 2nd time I called in my prescriptions the pharmacy couldn't find them due to computer issues. Thats fine except I was told after 5 minutes on hold that "If you're finished I have things to get done up front ." 3rd time, I spoke to the manager, they loose my prescriptions again. I waited 3 days for them to blame my Dr. & argue with me until miraculously they find it.

Staff is stressed out constantly. Used to be good. They are worse than Walmart. My drug coverage made me switch to Kroger in Troy. They keep calling my old doctor for refills. Of course they decline! Kroger pharmacy never called to tell me. When I checked that is what I was told. Went without my blood pressure meds for a day!

I have used this pharmacy for years, and other than supply chain difficulties, which affected all pharmacies, they have been friendly and helpful.

A prescription was called in from a hospital on 12/9 around 10am. It was still not filled over 24 hours later. Too slow!!!!! This has happened in the past as well.

I visited Kroger’s in Mt Vernon, IL today to do some shopping for Thanksgiving. It’s a large store for me and I’m 74 so I was asking employees for gluten free products. Most said they are mingled in with the real stuff. I was particularly interested in finding some gluten free pie crust & I had been to the pie crust area looking for a price quote sign for GF but none & no price signs at all. Went very early on Saturday morning when they opened. Kroger always has great deals from ecoupons, to cash back to ibotta. Always good quality, friendly staff members and fresh produce and products. Aisles always seem to be crowded and early morning cashiers not available before 8 am. Thanks

The staff is very friendly but I had a script I needed filled with a 90 day supply and they couldn't get the right quantity which was only a 22.5 day supply so I was charged an extra four cents per pill because they could not get the med. The excuse is it is a supplier issue. I think it's time to get a new supplier!In any case I should only be charged the 90 day supply price instead of the higher rate!And now to top it off they tell me that they can't get my meds!I went there because of pricing and now am told they can't get my meds??

they are participating in the cancel culture that they won't carry Mike Lindell my pillow and its other products due to his support for President Donald Trump and his compelling evidence of voter fraud. walmart much worse. my now shopping is aldis, dierbergs, and local farmers market.
