I visited Kroger’s in Mt Vernon, IL today to do some shopping for Thanksgiving. It’s a large store for me and I’m 74 so I was asking employees for gluten free products. Most said they are mingled in with the real stuff. I was particularly interested in finding some gluten free pie crust & I had been to the pie crust area looking for a price quote sign for GF but none & no price signs at all. I finally went to customer service to inquire with a manager. The manager named Josh

Shout out to the Kroger floral department in Troy, MO. We ordered sunflowers for a recent baby shower and they were beautiful! Great customer service as well!

they are participating in the cancel culture that they won't carry Mike Lindell my pillow and its other products due to his support for President Donald Trump and his compelling evidence of voter fraud. walmart much worse. my now shopping is aldis, dierbergs, and local farmers market.

Cashier rude.. when I said hey how Much did that hamburger meat ring up as she said $12 and I’m like well it says big sale 3 pound roll for 383 and a 5 pound roll for $7.95normally $12.95and I check the date and the reason I’m sure that it was cheap on sale I mean was because of the date. I sweetly said I think it’s because of the day it goes out on the 25th and she looked at the other lady who is helping her bag and said what’s today? And then turn to look at me as she conti

It’s a shame with their deli that you can’t just go in and get fried chicken without pre-ordering. And I’m not talking about a big order. Just a 12 piece mix. It’s on their sign at the deli as if you can order it right there but you cannot.

terrible sanitation during a pandemic. just left there with produce tied up in the bags and the checker ripped holes in 2 separate bags of produce, took it out of the bags with his bare hands, then sent both items out the bags down the belt. this after being told what each item was and still not looking it up. unacceptable

my most fav grocery store to shop at EVAR! Most of the employees are awesome and not only do they know myself and my children on a first name basis, I too know them. There isn't a store or business around where that's possible for us

I'm very dissatisfied & disappointed in Kroger lately. It seems they are having a problem keeping the shelves stocked. They never have what I need. They usually have great sales however the sale items are never on the shelves either. I walked in & within 5-10 minutes I walked back out with nothing. I will not be back for a while.

it would be nice if Kroger wasn't trying to match the model of Walmart and have their shelves inadequately stocked all the time. every time I have come into the store in the last several months Kroger has been steadily declining what they keep on their shelves. at any given time I can only get half of what is on my list, and unfortunately I will only have less than 25 items and Kroger can't seem to have half of those in stock. These are Basics like 2% milk, lemons, rice, apples during season, just to name a few as there are many. Kroger is forcing me to have to shop at Walmart more regularly or to travel even further to their competitors of Dierbergs or Schnucks. what happened Kroger

I love this store!!! Great pricing, produce always fresh. Great meats. Expand the deli counter, although very good. Best whole chicken around! Not over salty and tender. Kroger's brand is good too.

My husband and I decided to try this store for the first time yesterday evening. I'm a young disabled Service Dog handler. Instead of asking me the two legal questions about my medical equipment management decided to follow us around the store even tho my highly trained dog was walking by my side the entire time and never bothered anyone. If this is how you treat your disabled customers. No thank you.
