“I don't understand all the negative reviews. I have been here multiple times but I always schedule an appointment. The most I have ever had to wait was a few minutes and the workers have always been professional and efficient. Maybe the takeaway from all these complaints should be that you need to schedule an appointment instead of doing a walk-in visit.”
