“Went on a Friday so I was expecting a wait, but check in was quick and easy. We were in and out in under 15 minutes. They were very gentle with my 4 year old daughter. I wouldn't say it's a complaint, but the employees are very quiet and I think kids would feel more comfortable if they explained the process directly to them as they're working and interacted with them a bit more to put them at ease. They were very friendly and prompt though.”
