Failed my safety inspection for wipers being torn up. They didn't have my wipers after trying to replace them so I keep my old ones thankfully showing me they lied and I need to go get a second opinion.

Great hometown mechanics, went in for an inspection and was able to get everything I needed to have repaired and pass inspection within a short period of time, and in addition also have the oil changed for a great price . Will definetly be back with all my other vehicles.

Do NOT take your vehicle to this place. He will make up reasons to fail your car and then try to Charge you to fix it.
Took my car somewhere else the next day and passed with no problem.

***AVOID ***First thing he had me prepay for a state inspection which I have now found is illegal for him to do..That he said I failed 😲 Second he loosened the screw to where my brake fluid was leaking. Third he Broke my washer fluid hoses in 3 places And made it start leaking oil. I took my van two days later to a second shop for a second Opinion and am in SHOCK ! I passed my inspection no problem and have turned him into State Inspection Office.

Failed safety inspection and had a bunch of stuff he told me I needed done. Thousands of dollars worth of parts and labor.. took it where I should’ve in the first place and after minor repairs it passed. Quality auto doesn’t deserve any stars. Also here’s this~ most places there’s a wait to get an inspection.. quality did it the next morning.. ding ding 🚩

Likely one of the most unprofessional and incompetent shops in the area. I Read their reviews and decided to give them a chance before dropping off my 2016 Chevy truck at their shop on 5/17 .
My truck has aftermarket parts yes, however I took my truck in with an already diagnosed problem (ABS Wheel speed sensor front right) to get the sensor swapped out. When I called in 5/15 to schedule with them it was alarming that they were not overly booked.. I guess it speaks for their workmanship.
On 5/17 in the late afternoon I received a phone call from them with them overly concerned about other “codes” stored in my truck due to the aftermarket parts. However, I had asked them to just replace the one part. They declined to service my truck. So be it. Had my wife get the keys from them while I was at work. (Great!)
When I went to bring my truck home I noticed the “dongle” that went to an aftermarket part of mine connected to the OBD2 port was dismantled and broken . Keep in mind this was intact when I dropped the truck off, rather upsetting that they have no respect for others property but if the job is “over their head” they should not damage your property in the process.
Today 5/20 I called up to the shop to address my concerns and the mechanic was extremely disrespectful and started by lying saying they never touched it.. they had to disconnect the plug from the OBD2 port to read my codes so I caught them in a lie, he proceeded by calling my parts “pieces of S***” and continuing to swear at me and talk to me in a disrespectful manner.
Long story short. Beware of this shop, the reviews speak for their poor work and lack of integrity.

Investigated parasitic drain and found that there was a bad gateway ecm. Didn't charge me anything because they couldn't flash the module. Very happy with them and appreciated what they did.

Took my daughter's car (was my car) for an inspection. It didn't pass...huge list of things wrong and he priced me at 2300 for repairs!
Funny I got a passing inspection somewhere else! This man wants money and nothing more! Byeeeeeee! I won't be back and I suggest everyone else take their vehicle somewhere else!

Ben is absolutely the worst. Didnt fix my car. Still charged me. Always in a hurry and does not care. He's rude. Always seemed annoyed when I asked a question, that wasnt even directed toward him.. I was talking to the other mechanic (who is super awesome btw) only good for getting safety inspections quickly. This is a warning.

I went in this morning for a safety inspection they failed my car they said my tire was showing cord I went and bought a new tire had it put on and the tire that was on there was not showing cord at all I got it all done called them he said be here by 4:30 or we can't do anything because we start closing procedures at 4:45 I get there at 4:31 and he tells me I'm past 4:30 so they can't do my reinspect all he had to do is look at my tire to see that it what's new Ben came up behind the other employee and proceeded to make faces at me mouth words at me flip me off cuss me out I highly recommend nobody go to that place they are horrible they treat you like your trash

Do not take your car there for an inspection! They will not pick your car to death. Took mine elsewhere and there were no issues. Women, beware!

Mechanic was good just not a very friendly place didn't want to give information about issues with vehicle unless I booked with them to fix issues with car didn't offer a diagnostic, while I was waiting he looked up codes and then was told about the fix but not a diagnosticService: General repairs & maintenance

Friendly people I was looking for inspection that does both safety and emissions they only do what's needed in their county and that would be safety
