I have visited the Troy, MO location for years. I have never had a bad experience. They are very friendly and helpful.

It would be easy to say you lose a little by not having one of the big box stores in town. I say, the customer service and quality of lumber I get from our R.P. exceeds what I would get at the others and am thankful for their service and quality products
