Their new policy when devices are paid off is terrible. Regardless if they are paid off you can't upgrade 4 phones for free even tho you have been with them forever.

If I could give the store 0 stars then I would!Future customers beware of this store and t mobile period!Make sure that you get the right phone before you walk out of the door!I made that mistake and now it's costing me over $1000 !And don't even bother with customer service because they will just lie to you to make you happy for the moment until you realize that your past the return period and stuck with a phone that was no better than your last one! BEWARE!!

Friendly, knowledgeable service. I lost 3 hours of my life at another store setting up service with staff who didn't seem to understand what they were doing. Left there with my phone set up incorrectly. Two calls/chats each over 1 hour with customer support did not resolve the situation. I went into the Troy, Mo. store with the internet to drop TMobile and move on. The store manager took my phone and worked on it for about 10 minutes to fix the phone problem and the auto pay settings that the other store had wrong. Definitely recommend!

I was in Troy, Missouri (63379) T- Mobile to upgrade my phone at about 2pm on May 24th. I saw that there were 4 guys working and thought thats good it shouldn't take too long to get waited on with no other customers in the store. I'm 75 years old use a cane and am disabled my daughter brought me to the store to help me. We went over to the phone displays and started looking at them. I wanted to upgrade to a 5g phone. We stood there at the available for maybe 10 minutes and none of the 4 guys said anything or came over to help us. Finally my daughter approached the front desk where the 4 had been standing and started asking questions about the phones. They offered no assistance and luckily my daughter was with me cause I got really nervous and upset and we left getting nothing accomplished. This is the worst I have ever seen a business that has 4 guys working and gave us no help. My daughter, my wife, my grandson and I all have T-Mobile and world have expected to have better service. I'm not one to usually complain but this upset me very much. I told my daughter maybe we should get another company that would treat up right and with respect. I am a retired police officer after 41 years and would never have treated anyone I dealt with that way.

I wish I could give them 0 stars, guess I am forced to give 1 star!!!WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!At my age, 71, that is saying something.Ignored from the moment we entered the store, while we were in the store, browsing, then, after asking questions, all 4 employees disappeared in the back room of the store!!I love T-mobile, but never again will I use this store!!

Just left the store, 4 employees, no one asked to assist us. I had to ask for help, then went to look at the phones and they all disappeared into the back of the store. Will not be using this store again.

The manager helped us set up three phones today, and although two of the phones would not cooperate with the sprint sim cards, he worked crazy hard to figure it out. He was polite, very friendly and the other young men were as well. In fact, they created a fun atmosphere in a store that can often have long and frustrating experiences.

I needed help with working my phone and after being politely greeted by the T-mobile experts Josh had helped me out. Josh was absolutely amazing and was able to answered all my questions in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend!

The young man I worked with at the store was wonderful, super understanding and helpful. The Sprint techs on the other hand made me want to pull my hair out. But there was nothing the store could do. After speaking to 6 different techs from Sprint and them telling me to take the phone to the store, it had to just be returned and the line canceled because NO ONE could figure out how to activate it. I will be back to speak to this young man again as soon as Sprint cleans up the mess on their end. Just go to the store people, it's worth the wait.

I really like most things about T-Mobile. It's easy to set-up, affordable, and most everyone is very helpful and friendly with the exception of one person. Dan, the manager at the Troy, Missouri location. Her should not be the face of T-Mobile. He is incredibly rude and acts entitled as a "manager". I have a very negative interaction with him and I was so upset I almost closed my business and personal account, and in fact, I'm still contemplating it.

We've got TMO internet and live SW of Troy. While this isn't an issue with this store but at first it was awesome, definitely better than the DSL we had but lately it seems like I'm being throttled back on our speed. Originally we had decent downloads of 10MB and uploads around 2MB but now we get 2MB down and 40MB or better on the up side and around noon the download drops below 1MB to .5MB at the best but it's unusable. I've been dealing with the TMO internet help desk and get the 'I'm sorry to hear that' and that's pretty much it. Can't go back to DSL because their ports are full.We wanted so much to like their internet but at this time I can't recommend it at all.Like I said this is not a dig with this store but I wanted local customers to see what's going on with TMO itself.I should be able to stop by 06/01.
