I went to this store looking for a riding lawnmower. James was extremely helpful in picking one out and very knowledgeable on them.

Went here a week ago because I was in the market for a Coleman mini bike for trails and I had called the store and asked if they had one in stock and the lady said they did so I drove 30min to go and get it only to show up and see that the bike was missing the front wheel. So I go and talk to the manager (James) and he tells me instead of doing $599.99 (list price on there website) for the bike he’ll do $100 off because it was missing the front wheel so $499.99 for it. Frustrated and aggravated I pass on the deal because I’m not going to spend $500 on something that I can’t ride. Well a week later I decided to go and spend the $600 because it’ll have its front wheel back from the shop like “James” said so I call up there a 2nd time and ask if they still have the bike and they said yes and “James” ends up getting back on the phone and tries telling me that same bike from last week has went from $599.99 to $799.99 and I asked him how did it go up $200 when the same bike was $599.99 last week and he goes “I don’t know I don’t make the prices and pretty much tells me to pay the $799.99 or go screw myself and then I ask him was it on sale last week ? And he goes “no” that was just the price so I asked him will you honor the $599.99 because when I could’ve bought it for $599.99 it was missing the front wheel and shouldn’t have been labeled as “for sale” and he said he can’t honor the $599.99 but he’ll take $100 off so basically I’d still be spending $100 more for a bike that was advertised on the website and in store last week for $600. Shame on you James for not trying to help me when you were the one that told me the bike was $599.99 last week and then tried telling me it was $799.99 this week and Shame on tractor supply for trying to price gouge customers who work hard for there money. I’ll gladly take my business across the street to Bomgarrs….

I was looking for an xl dog crate. The last one in stock was up on top of the shelves. No problem, said the associate and grabbed the ladder to pull it down. She made my day, service with a smile and friendly attitude. I'll be back!
