I have my mail delivered to my box at the UPS store in Troy, MO. I have an issue with the United States Postal Service delivering mail while on vacation even though I filled out a hold my mail card (this happened several times). My mail is safe at the UPS store. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The store is always clean. I especially appreciate when I make my yearly payment in full that I'm given 15 months rather than 12 months.

I have trouble walking in building do I call in and Meagan and Lacey come out and pickup my packages for return. What great service and I’m very appreciative

I Love the changes that have been made recently! The building is clean, organized, doesn’t smell any more and the staff are Johnny on the spot! I moved here a year ago and dreaded going to this store. Many times unprofessional, smelly and many employees did not look like they were on the ball. Yes, there were a few very nice people there, but to watch how they were treated bothered me!!! Good job!

I have always had friendly and courteous service. The employees seem to work as a team. I went in recently on crutches and both employees at the counter went out of their way to make things easier for me.

Every time I go there or my husband goes there, the people there are very friendly, knowledgeable and the quickest I have ever seen in customer service!

There are 2 girls that work there that are not friendly and won’t go out of their way to help you. They will do inly what is expected of them. If your request isn’t included in their office rules, you can forget it. They’re not going to help you problem solve, offer suggestions or even ask another employee for ideas.

Usually, you get waited on almost immediately. The people are quick to help and do a good job with copies, packaging, shipping. I also like that they give a discount for people who are members of AARP. I use them for copies often, as I did today. Today Lacey helped me and she did an excellent job!
