Recently moved to Troy. My children and I needed to find a local bank. The staff was kind during the process and even took the time to explain to my children how the app worked, deposit slips, debit cards etc. One of the best banking experiences we have had in a long time from any banking company.

The bank tellers are NOT AT ALL friendly and seems like they really don't want to be bothered. Today, downright hostile. Asking a question and getting sarcasm from the young man there on the end! Once I decide if I'm going to stay in this area, will definitely change banks.The only friendly and helpful person I have come across here is the bank manager who, unfortunately, is not always available.Seems no customer service anywhere these days but when you are depositing money for the banks to use and receive treatment like this from their employees, this is just beyond perplexing.!

Zero customer service! Zero culpability! They WILL make errors, and place the fallback on the customer. Their service is lacking in every aspect, from the branch manager to the tellers. I implore you to take your money elsewhere. Also, their hours are from 10am - 3pm. What customer or how many could this time-frame possibly serve?! Extremely disappointing bank.

Arrived at location,sign on door states lobby is open. Associate opens door and says lobby is closed,hands me a card and informs me to call number on card. NO sign posted on doors lobby is closed. I was needing to speak with a representative as to close my account and and the fix the errors that bank caused. Went to Wentzville location and was provided excellent customer service. This was not the first horrible experience I had . Accounts closed and will no longer do business with them

The absolute worst experience possible with this bank. Horrible branch manager, rude, condisinding and should not be in his position. Avoid at all costs, DO NOT bank there

The drive thru was quick to get through in the late morning to early afternoon. They do need to turn the volume up on the drive thru. I wear a hearing aid and I barely understood what the gentleman was saying.

ATM doesn't work. I drove 20 minutes to their location to get cash from my bank. Get your act together.
