Brandon is the best he was very, very nice. He took care of a whole line. Kept people moving in and out very quickly. He took care of my post office shipping emergency and helped me.

Troy has the worst post office I have ever seen. And I lived all over this country I never had trouble with my mail until I moved to Troy. I was waiting on some letters That was supposed to be coming to me here to find out they were in the middle of my yard as the snow was melting I'd seen it and the only way it ended up there is that when they delivered it they dropped it on the ground or they threw it in the middle of my yard because I have a locked Security mailbox they can put mail in but the only person that can take the mail out is me with a key this is the second time I had it in my yard

Terrible service! Some days we don’t get any mail. The regular lady does a fantastic job. But when she’s off it’s horriable. Neighbors getting there neighbore mail ect.

sent a package to family in this area. rec'd notification after 15 days of "weather delays" package was supposed to be delivered today between 9 and 1.
then, at 10:50a I rec'd notification that the package should be picked up at Troys post office? Delivery @ the Address on the box not even attempted. Really? For shame! I paid for a 15 day nondelivery @ the address, so my son could go to the Troy post office and ask for his package? grrr frustrated worried 11 of 15 days where was the package.....

Very bad mail service dosnt even go down are gravel road and they say its on a truck for delivery when we go to pick it up still never got my package the worst mail service ever

I'm am so sick of these lazy postal workers!! I haven't got my mail for weeks now! Our roads are clear and have been! I'm disabled and can't drive. I'm tired of these government lazies!! We all made it to our jobs but you lazy people can't! I wish we could choose mail delivery like trash service. You cant do your jobs you should be fired! If all my mail is not delivered today! I'm going straight to the State of Missouri Post Master general and complaining everyday about the useless Troy post office! Some heads are going to roll!

Haven't had mail delivered in 13 days. The state they were unsuccessful in delivering our mail. I guess so, they haven't attempted ANY DELIVERIES!! 10 DAMN DAYS. WORTHLESS

We have not had any mail delivered in 2 weeks .... our road is plowed and everybody has their box cleared. I guess the driver we have can't drive on a little snow.... get someone that knows how to drive so we can get our mail. What happened to your motto... guess it went out the window... Lazy

Seven. That's how many times I called today to speak with someone. Why even bother having a phone. I wish amazon would just buy out all the other carriers. They seem to be the only one that's mildly reliable.

Tried to send an iPhone back to AT&T after a scammer ordered one, AT&T said they never received it and since this place never gave me a receipt I can't prove anything and now I'm stuck paying for a $1600 iPhone that I don't have.

Do you remember the days when your postal carrier actually walked around the neighborhood delivering mail? ALWAYS had a smile, no matter the neighborhood or carrier. LMAO, now in Troy, MO when I visit my mother I see the carrier. Never the same person, BUT they carry the same sour look. They must have no arms, because they NEVER wave. Guys no one made you pick the job, you did!!!
