One star because I can't give 0 star.Went to pick up a script last evening...was told it would be ready in another 35 min. said I would come back next day. Went through the drive thru to be told they didn't have it. Not the first time either! Worst pharmacy!!!!!

I used to love this pharmacy, it has gone down hill so much. I’m a very patient person to say the least but I get medication every 30 days. It’s been 34 and they are refusing to give it to me. When I called the pharmacist was the rudest person I’ve ever talked too, she said I refilled it on a date I clearly did not, I took a screenshot of the last yr of refills and wouldn’t let me talk just kept saying “no you can get tomorrow goodbye”. Even totally ignoring the question about why they switched my insurance when I didn’t and why it says ready to be picked up but they won’t give it to me. Just absolute chaos there. Even my doctor doesn’t understand what’s going on. 100% leaving this pharmacy after this and recommend not coming here. Not sure what happened but they are terrible and rude.Update: my husband called, my doctor sent in a different script and they said they still couldn’t do anything. She said she changed the insurance to e script which she did not have any permission to do. And she also told him she NEVER talked to me. I don’t know what this pharmacist is doing but it’s not her job and she shouldn’t have it. Im actually worried someone like this is in control of some people’s livelihood. Unbelievable. Please save your sanity and do not go here.

NOTHING but issues with the pharmacy. i think i’ve had an issue every single time i’ve gone there, and unfortunately had to switch to there because my insurance stopped covering Kroger’s Pharmacy a year ago. they told me my two completely separate dr’s sent my completely separate scripts to Walgreens in New Jersey, that was the last straw. needless to say, i’ve switched to Mercy Pharmacy!

Nicole pharmacy tech, went above and beyond! She was so helpful to ensure I had the urgent meds I needed. I appreciate not only her helpful kindness but her concern for me as a person. I hope her management sees this and will acknowledge her amazing customer service skills.

NO STARS!! Got a text saying my medicine was ready for pick up when it wasn’t. Okay that was whatever but my car overheated and died at the window and I told the pharmacist that my car was dead and she rolled her eyes threw up the pharmacist off duty sign and walked away. Honestly she’s just a horrible person they should not have someone like that in charge of prescription medicine.

If I could rate zero stars I would. Worst pharmacy ever. They don’t care about customers at all. They are the slowest pharmacy. They made us sit in their ridiculous line THREE times bc they didn’t have the prescription ready. When I told them I wasn’t doing that again and I’d sit and wait there 10-15 mins to prepare EYE Drops….they threatened to call the cops. Go some where else. Theirs a reason they have a horrible reputation in Lincoln County.

Manager and employee can't help anyone because they're too busy chasing each other around the store laughing and playing. Then about run me over trying to get away from her manager. Girl that size could've killed us all. Very immature.

harder than it needs to be almost every time. wether it’s the system/computers, or the people working. Misunderstandings/mistakes are fine, but when it’s every single trip taking me 5 mins to shop, but 10-15 at registers, normally due to something that could’ve been easily resolved with simply letting a conversation take place.

The last two times I’ve been here I’ve been treated rudely by two different pharmacy techs who clearly only do the bare minimum. Today I waited in line for about 5 minutes (surprisingly) while the other workers fiddled around in the back and a line starting to form behind me. I got my prescription that I needed just fine, but knew I had an insurance issue ready to be processed and I asked the lady if she needed anything from me at that moment. She then proceeded to tell me she just canceled my order without asking me because “it was the same order” (it wasn’t). This was a new prescription order from the doctors office. I thought this was completely unacceptable to cancel my order without my authorization or even asking me. She did this before I mentioned anything and was cold and rude. I had to contact my doctors office once again to tell them Walgreens screwed up the prescription… I got more of an apology from the nurse than the pharmacy tech who canceled my order. No customer service skills whatsoever. Will be changing pharmacies after 10 years.

I have been using this pharmacy for 8 years. For the past several months I have had issues when checking the status of my prescription from the pharmacist,he is very rude and condidisending, he has no customer service skills at all. I waited 35 minutes in the drive thru then was told it wasn't ready after calling several days ago to request the refill and was told it would be ready Friday. I called the pharmacist and he told me it was on backorder for a week and not sure when it was coming in. This is medication that you can't just stop. He didn't care and said call your doctor. It was Friday night, doctors offices are closed. Why didn't they tell me the first time, I would of called my doctor.I called today (Monday) same pharmacist and he said I'm working on it and it should be ready after 12pm, thenslammed the phone down. I'm in shock!!! What did I do to make him so mad to hang up on me? I only asked about the status. I didn't want to wait in the drive thru for 30 minutes and then be told it wasn't ready. This is the 3rd time this year I've had to deal with him and he's been rude every time.I have worked as a Healthcare manager for 30 years and even taught customer service. I've work with countless doctors and pharmacist, this is by far the worst pharmacist I've ever dealt with. He should be ashamed of himself. I understand he deals with a variety of attitudes, but that's his job.This will be the last time I use this pharmacy and will not recommend it to no one.I will be calling the corporate office on the pharmacist for being so rude and slamming the phone down in my ear.He has no idea what is going on with these customers health issues. Plus its none of his business.Walgreens needs to send him back through customer service training or get rid of him.

Horrible, horrible, horrible pharmacy. There are too many complaints and I'm not going to waste my time writing all the reasons why this is by far the worse pharmacy and customer service ever!Seriously, they need to open a cvs.

Do not go to Walgreens. The 18 years I've been going here I've never NOT had a problem. It takes an entire week to refill prescriptions because the workers don't send the request threw to the doctor, even though they tell you they will. If you have life saving medication DO NOT GO HERE PLEASE !! PLEASE

Worst Walgreens ever dirty nothing stocked and hardly ever has anything u need use to be a great Walgreens but has went down hill and the pharmacy is a even bigger joke medicine was supposed to be ready Friday had to work so waited until Sunday went up there and was told it wasn't ready and it hasn't even been started on that it would be another 30mins before ready so why tell people that there stuff is ready when it's not basically had to show up and ask for my stuff and get told we don't start filling it until u tell us then had to go back up there and get it because its needed if u call management they tell u why keep coming back the hours are never followed if they cant find a pharmacist they just close the pharmacy rather people need their medicine or not this location is just a joke

I will drive anywhere, any distance for a good sandwich! The Big Texan is definitely worth the miles! Mmmm delicious! I'm currently waiting for my food as I leave this review. Can't wait to enjoy!
