Lack of customer acknowledgment and updates. A thirty minute process, or hour at most, became a four day battle of phone calls. Don’t bring electronics to this franchise. Just go somewhere else for simple respect. As you can see the response below. I was almost charged an additional, extensive amount even though they could not solve the issue. Luckily, I’m not a pushover.

The DVD drive on my computer wouldn't play the discs anymore. I had taken it to another place to hopefully have fixed, but they couldn't help me. I looked up AQM and sent them a message. I got a call back the next day. Austin walked me through a couple of simple steps and, viola, the player started working. Thank you, Austin!

The techs are so nice and helpful and the work is extremely professional. I would recommend AQM to everyone.
