They earn money to help people in need; I have been one of those people. Sometimes I just like to go in and look around because of the friendly atmosphere. I also like the music they play in the store.”

    “After searching all over Washington for a homecoming dress for my daughter, came in Scarlett's, they had many beautiful dresses but not quite what my daughter was looking for. Showed them a picture of what dress my daughter wanted, she found it and ordered it right away. Life saver. Very kind, down to earth owner/workers. Will be doing a lot more business with Scarlett's Riverside Boutique. Highly recommend stopping by and checking it out.”

    Primark added two states to its U.S. map in six days, then stalled in Augusta. The value retailer opened its first Minnesota store on Sept. 3 at Mall of America in Bloomington, close to 35,000 square feet stocked with Minnesota Vikings gear through the chain's NFL partnership.
