I've lived here for 15 yrs. Debbie Abass is the owner, but she never comes down anymore, the maintenance man collects rent n maintains it....

Great Landlord! Anytime there is a problem (which is rare) it is fixed ASAP. Nice and quiet here. I got a new porch with a swing, so I could sit out side in the summer and fall and enjoy the weather. I really love my new porch and I have a decent home.
